Digital line transfer

Just requested a transfer of my digital line from Vonage to Squirrel, using the online chat service with Paul, which was easy and quick. Much easier to deal with than Vonage, thanks.

Reliability?

We only had Squirrel Internet for a week and it dropped out. I contacted the chat line (which is very quick and helpful) and they said it was for maintenance. My wife works from home and needs reliability. Hope it's a one off.

Came back from holiday today notice the…

Came back from holiday today notice the internet wasn’t working. There was a red alarm light on the white box that is fixed to the wall. Got in touch with the office by chatting to someone on the website. They had a quick look and said an engineer needed to come round and they’d be with us in the next couple of days. About 1 hour later we get a knock at the door from one of the engineers saying he’s fixed the issue. Checked the white box and it was green again. Unbelievably great service. Would highly recommend. I don’t normally leave reviews that’s how good these guys are.

Over the moon with Squirrel

My MS3 representative spoke to me at length about the particulars of my household and needs - recommending Squirrel. Engineers came out and were professional and so helpful and installation went smooth as silk. The transition was seemless and I’m paying 2/3 less than I was before with 9x better service

Seamless service spot on - wiring most odd

All went exactly as they said it would, came on appointment day, router delivered on time, changeover of provider smooth as. Not 5 star as the wires on outside of my house look like a sat nav route. Very odd.
