Hi. I've bought a bread maker machine from best buy marketplace sold by starfrit. Same day I checked the same machine on Amazon and it was much cheaper there. On Amazon was sold also through marketplace by guess who, starfrit. So starfrit is selling same product with the same product number much cheaper on Amazon. Of course I couldn't cancel my order on best buy and they will not honour their price match "guaranteed" because is sold through marketplace. Buyers beware, don't buy from best buy, especially from their market place because you will end paying more for the same product and the customer service is almost inexistent.
I purchased a 12 inch electric frying pan. The Rock brand. We were using the one I received from my mother. It finally give up the ghost. So we bought a new one. After using an electric frying pan for so long, we can't be without one. The one we purchased is excellent. No sticking at all and very easy clean up. Very happy with it. World highly recommend it.
I just purchased a Star Frit indoor smokeless grilland used it for first time tonight. I will be usingit from now on for a much healthier lifestyle. Grilledfish was great. I added a light breading withEgg whites and bread crumbs. Vegetables werecrispy and garlic bread was great too.
i just purchases the personal blender and their is a safety issue the rubber gadget on the blades is suppose to be cleaned when it is removed for cleaning it is hard to replace back you are working in to close proximity to the blades and and its very easy to cut ones self if not careful
Customer service is horrible for their warranty dept. 3 months saying they would replace. Then no accused us of using abrasive chemicals dropping them and using a fork. We hand wash with sensitive soap , and silicone utensils . Lids warped. Just a bad batch cost $400. No one would call me back and correspondence was robotic. Shame on them for offering a warranty so people choose them and not honouring and insulting the consumer .
