I recently purchased the AirPods Pro 2nd Gen USB-C version from StarTech, hoping to receive the product's warranty and assurance of authenticity due to the company's reputable image. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disheartening. Upon purchasing the item on July 7th, 2025, from the Mymensingh branch, I discovered that StarTech neither provided a warranty nor could they verify the product's authenticity or whether it was unused.To express my concerns, I attempted to share my experience in their Facebook group, but my post wasn't approved, which added to my worries about the product's credibility. Furthermore, the customer service has been terrible, leaving me feeling dissatisfied and anxious about my purchase. I strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious when considering purchases from StarTech.

They just keep telling me to wait.These items were very important to me and I needed them urgently, but they failed to deliver on time — and still haven’t sent them.It was a terrible experience. I recently bought a Samsung TV. First and foremost they were supposed to deliver it yesterday but the delivery man had his phone switched off. Thankfully it arrived today. But the remote for the TV is missing. Their customer support is as useless as it gets. Contacted them and they are asking me for an unboxing video. Do you actually expect your customers to record a video whilst unboxing their product? Also why would the remote be missing from packaging from a brand new TV? That means the product has been previously opened or returned by a customer.
