Fantastic product, fantastic service

I've owned a pair of Between ANCs for a year and absolutely love them - comfortable, epic sound quality and small slim case with good battery. I had an issue recently with one of the buds and the team were excellent at resolving the issue, troubleshooting and then offering me a full replacement as it was within warranty. Have already bought a second pair for my brother and highly recommend to any audiophiles.

My buds were not delivered

My buds were not delivered. Somehow the address (unit number change) for both shipping and billing did not get updated. Since this was likely my error, I was just going to reorder and contacted Status to see if I could get the same discount. Surprisingly they provided another pair with no questions! I wasn’t expecting that response, and it goes without saying that Customer Service is outstanding.I’ve ordered several Ear Buds from Status in the past and although I’m no audiophile, they have been fantastic. Highly recommended for tremendous service and a great product!

Status Audio Customer Service

I recently bought a set of fancy earbuds from Status Audio and, unfortunately, one of them was faulty. I reached out to the Customer Service team at Status and was, honestly, not expecting much help. To the contrary, the team at Status was very responsive and walked me through a few procedures to try to fix the issue on my own. All this while I was on vacation and without my receipt or other transaction information.In the end, they shipped the replacement set of earbuds to me before my vacation had concluded. Five stars for the Customer Service team at Status Audio! They really go above and beyond and I got a sense that they were genuinely caring and considerate. Sincerely,-Mac

Customer Service was Incredible!

I can not say enough good things about the amazing Customer Service I experienced. My original order for the Between 3ANC earbuds was delayed in transit by the Canada Post Strike. On Dec 05 I received email from Status that apologized for my inconvenience and they Shipped another Unit by courier to me for no charge with a request to refuse the original shipment by Mail when it finally arrived.This kind of Customer Service is exceptional. Not to mention that the earbuds I received by Courier are amazing.Kudos to a company that cares about it's products and it's customers!

Great Product!

I am a music head! I love hearing the bass and clear vocals. I like how this product has seperate drivers than I dynamic driver. I listen to pop, hip hop, edm etc.. These earbuds really highten the experence! I really love their support team. I also really like how the product has a great build quality without the premium cost.

For a little while I’ve been looking at this brand won’t too sure if I should purchase these earbuds I finally purchased them wow let me tell you best ever earbuds all I can say once you purchase it you will definitely here the difference in Sound. Amazing Company

The customer service remained engaged and on top of everything when I had an issue. I can NOT stress how good the quality on the Between 3ANC earphones are, both sound and noise cancellation. They are extremely high quality for the ridiculously affordable price, I 100% recommend and will personally be a recurring customer.

THE best customer service experience…

THE best customer service experience I've had by far! The service team replied quickly and gave helpful tips. Once the problem was established, and it was clear there was a physical problem with my headphones, they sent out a replacement the next day; no questions asked! 11/10 service!

Design that makes sense and CS to match

What I love about this brand and the way they market it is the intuitive and systematic approach toward solving old problems with subtle shifts in fundamental priorities, and how they lead to innovative and almost radical solutions. They have the customer service to match. The shipping of the replacement pair and the return label simultaneously is a response that really wonderfully honors the customer, and unfortunately it feels rare these days.
