Great Custom Service!

I reached out to Status Audio about my Between 3ANC headphones, which unexpectedly broke. Their customer service responded right away. They replaced the headphones with no questions asked, and their professionalism and politeness made the experience so much better. It's rare to find such attentive support, and I truly appreciate their help. Highly recommend Status Audio for both their products and outstanding customer service!

I'm happy to say the customer support I received from Status Audio was extremely satisfying. The were very responsive and supported me in every way. I honestly can say that working with them was the best customer support I've received from any company I've ever had to deal with. Great company and great earbuds

Great company and great earbuds. The first earbuds i got, which came in two days through the mail, super quick. The battery on one wasn't working how it was supposed to (things happen not everything is perfect) they asked some questions and got me another pair shipped right away. Great product and great customer service.

Excellent Customer Service Team

After 8 months of daily use, I noticed a channel imbalance between my left and right earbuds. I contacted Status Audio Support, and received a prompt response. The team was proactive in troubleshooting the issue and, as my purchase was still within the 12-month warranty, they quickly arranged for a replacement unit. I couldn't be more satisfied with the customer service experience—it was efficient and effective. Quality products and reliable company

Everything was clear online, delivery was quick and the product is good. I got their Core ANC headphones. They're cheap, sounds good and comes with both bluetooth and wired functions. Only problem is the earmuffs can be a bit uncomfortable.Their customer support is very responsive and you can expect them to reply within one to two days.
