Amazing Customer Service & Product

I purchased the Between3ANC earbuds 2 years ago and absolutely loved every second of them. An issue developed and they had gone above and beyond to resolve my issue, no questions asked! I wish I had the name of the employee because he was beyond amazing and touched my heart with how gracious, empathetic, kind, and how out of his way he went to help a stranger. I understand it is his job, but you can’t fake sincerity and I felt such sincere kindness from this man; thank you so much!

Status audio 3 anc earbuds.

I bought Status 3anc just to see if the sound quality was as good as advertised, it is , you can hear every instrument clearly , with good bass, adjustable in the app. They stay snuggly in the ears, don’t know about , while running but would be fine in the gym. Easy pairing and prompt delivery , these earbuds definitely compete with the big names.

5 Stars for every facet!

1st time around, they were a pleasure to deal with, and the product, Between3 ANC, were absolutely top-shelf. I come from big niche brands with price tags to match, and Status' buds exceeded those. If that wasn't a good enough experience, a few weeks ago, someone swiped my buds from the tray at Sydney airport security, and I'd made a passing comment on Status' FB post. An absolute legend from their team reached out to me, and offered to replace them, at a discount! They prioritised my replacement and were bloody little rippers to deal with the whole way through. I can't recommend Status enough: From their amazing product, their customer service and engagement, and what they'll do to help their customers stay repeat customers. Do your ears, and wallets a favour, and get yourself a pair of their audio products. You won't regret it.

Bought their noise cancelling ear buds

Bought their noise cancelling ear buds. Arrived timely but didn’t work. The ear buds wouldn’t pair with any device. Tested other ear buds I have and all worked fine except the status buds. Tried to contact the seller and received no response. They didn’t work do they ended up in the trash. If they don’t work why keep them. A waste of $200! Very poor customer service.Stay away!Update, informed them of the issue. They refused to issue a refund or send a new order. Was told they would give me 50 percent dis out on a new pair. Really? They want me to buy more of their products after they send me a garbage product? I already spent $200 for a product that doesn’t work.Like I would buy more items from them.Please stay away from this company. Look at other companies that actually appreciate their customers!

Not only does Status have the best…

Not only does Status have the best sounding earbuds I've ever heard, they also have wonderful customer service. We had a minor issue, which they responded to way sooner than I expected, like within an hour. They worked with me to possibly clear it up myself. When this didn't resolve the problem they promptly issued me a replacement. I'm not sure what they could have improved about the situation, the service was fast and very courteous. Great product, great service, what more could you ask for?

I feel like I’m listening to music for…

I feel like I’m listening to music for the first time. You know those heart warming videos of a kid born deaf and hearing their parent’s voice for the first time? That’s what I feel like when I put these in ears in for the first time. I’ve used many other products both from a music production standpoint and lover of audio and these beat anything I’ve ever tried. I’m going to tell everyone. Well done!

Firstly the earphones are fantastic, I have used earphones from all the top brands such as sennhieser, Bose, audio technica and Apple. Status audio earbuds crush the competition. Secondly I have never experienced better customer support from any brand both in the audio market and outside it. The level of care I received made me feel like a valued customer. If anyone reading this is considering them as there new earbuds trust me you won’t be disappointed

Amazing!

Status audio is an excellent company with affordable, high quality headphones. I loved the products so much that I now own 3 pairs! I think what was even more impressive than their headphones are their customer service. They were quick to address my concerns. I cannot recommend them enough!

Strongly recommend!

I recently purchased my fourth pair of headphones from Status and I could not be happier about it. Many years ago I got a set of wired ear buds as a gift and used them up until they were lost. I then got some over the ear headphones and the between micro. I loved both of them. My cat got into my between micro so I replaced them with the between 3anc. I strongly recommend!
