I had questions when normally it takes days to get responses from company’s they got back very quickly and gave amazing service to help me in my situation.Love the sleekness of the product as well it allows you to carry without being bulky or weighing you down even while not using.
Best headphones I've ever owned, I've had them for about 3 years now. The sound quality is spot on and the battery life is very good, I work with my hands all day and keep these in and they work easily the whole shift.Bluetooth connection is great also, no audio drop outs if your music device goes quiet. 100% will keep buying these.The customer service is excellent, any issues they are quick to get back to you and resolve.
Great product and sound! Active customer support, they sent me a replacement set of earbuds because I had an issue with mine.Removed a star because we’re still unsure on why my earbuds stopped working and I hope it does not happen again but overall having a great experience with Status Audio.
Hello, I want everyone to experience the Between 3 ANC earbuds. I think the government should supply them. That’s why I have submitted a petition to make it law. I have seen a lot of bad reviews, some say the treble sounds tinny and they are to heavy and uncomfortable to use for jogging. Some say the customer service sucks ext. I will say I love them. The customer service, the earbuds, the sound quality is amazing. Put on some music with a low frequency and the Base is also amazing.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I purchased my headphones along with an extended 2yr warranty in August of 2023. Have had zero problems and have been happy with the headphones themselves. My right headphone has been distorted for about the last 10 days and clearly needs replacement. I am now on my 5th email of “troubleshooting” with them. I just got an email last night to send them a video of my headphones as to why they are not working. How exactly is a video going to prove that?! This is hands down the worst customer service and they are trying to not honor the warranty that I paid for
Purchased the between pros after previous owning Google pixels for over a year... the between pros broke in one day... no water or outside damage the right earbud just stopped working mid my first workout, my google pixes did over 300 of the same workouts outside and I only replaced them because I lost them. I wrote a review on Google and they had the audacity to email me not offering an apology or a solution but trying to get me problem solving tips... ur shit doesn't work thats the problem I need my money back or a product that works not a link to a YouTube video u effing fools. I don't take my time to review companies but this one I feel is my duty too. BEWARE!!!!!!!!
