Dropped in as interested to earn about a Toyota Yaris . A newly appointed salesman gave us some information but had to constantly leave us to gather information from his manager who was in a separate office 5 meters away. Manager eventually came over and promised to send us details about availability of models and finance schemes but still waiting 5 days later.Went to another Toyota dealer which was far more proactive .Recommend you avoid Toyota Gatwick

Absolutely incredible service! After some issues with their colleagues in Romford, who practically scammed me, Ziggy stepped in and handled everything flawlessly. He genuinely cared about me as a customer and went above and beyond, making sure everything was sorted quickly and professionally. I honestly can’t praise him enough. Ziggy and Akif, to whom Ziggy handed me to after initial interface, were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and genuinely cared about getting things right. Mohammed was super helpful too – I complained about my new key and he swiftly got it change. I left their office feeling very valued. If any car buyer wants a team that truly delivers and turns a tricky situation into a smooth experience or just want the best service, as we all do, don’t think twice, this is where to go!
I went to the service center complaining about noise coming from the windows of my new car. They told me the issue was with the suspension and tried to charge me for it. Without even inspecting the vehicle, they gave me false information and attempted to mislead me.It’s laughable that they claimed to have test-driven the car, because through the app I can see exactly when the vehicle was started, how far it was driven, and which routes were taken—and there was no test drive at all. When I later went on a test drive with the technician myself, he realized the problem was indeed with the windows and not the suspension. This company tried to charge a customer extra money without properly testing the car. I will never use this place again and will be reporting my complaint to their head office.
(see update below*) Prepaid service booked 8 weeks in advance cancelled by them late afternoon on the day before. Not my first problem with this dealer, I shall not use them again. I’d also suggest avoiding their prepaid service plans, once they have your money their interest in providing such services disappears. *Contacted by the Service Manager the following day and car booked in for the 11th September. Received a good service including a complimentary car clean inside and out. In reflection the fault was with the young lady who called me to cancel my initial booking, she could have done much better. Thank you for resolving.
I have used Toyota in Aylesbury for many years and every time has been awful. The issues I've had, has been ridiculous, with all 3 cars I have purchased having more than 1 issue. The latest new car I purchased from them was a Toyota Yaris Cross. On picking the car up in February everything was perfect, or at least I thought it was.Sadly yet again, just recently I had a slow puncture. I took my car to another garage to see if it could be repaired. Luckily for me, they were able to repair the tyre but told me that all 4 tyres were over inflated to a dangerous level of 45PSI, when all should have been 32PSI. So for 7 months, my wife and I had been driving a dangerous vehicle. I was sent an email from the company explaining that the tyres have had excessive wear on them due to over inflation, Toyota disagreed. It would appear that Toyota really don't care about the safety of their customers but also all other road users. I would hate to think what might have happened if a tyre exploded. Obviously, I'm furious at the levels of neglect from such a big company. I took the car to Toyota and explained that this was not good enough and they asked how I would like to resolve the situation. I told them, replace 4 tyres with new tyres. They have point blank refused to do so. Thereafter, they have left me no alternative other than to direct my complaint to Toyota Head Office and Trading Standards.
Well , for the third time a pretty bad experience with Steven Eagell Toyota Milton Keynes.1) Forgot I was sitting waiting in their reception to drop my car off, I was waiting 25 minutes (and needed to get back to work);2) Forgot I had booked a courtesy car;3) Contacted my lease company (who pays the bill) to authorise work I had supposedly requested (I hadn't btw) which they 'recommend' (in their words) at 2 years, the car is a year and a half old;4) When the lease company had rung me to query this and I had confirmed I had NOT asked for extra work to be done, they then denied they had said I asked for it (despite the lease company reading out exactly what they had written to the contrary) and claimed they had done nothing wrong, and in fact tried to BS their way out of it;5) Sent the vehicle health check video with audio so muffled you couldn't hear it, but with lots of extras to buy: tyres (lease company won't change those until last minute and they were still over 3mm), aircon (nothing wrong with it) and rear brake discs supposedly corroded, but the photo was of the floor, not the brake discs (all look nice and shiny where it matters when I looked). Overall wanting me to spend another £424.20 +vat;6) Went to collect the car at 4pm when they had advised me it would be ready, to find it had not been cleaned as they had promised that morning. All that after the email, text and mail about their sales event, plus them ringing me up yesterday trying to get me to buy another car this weekend. Fat chance of that happening!Overall at best a pretty lacklustre experience, but seeing as it's the third time in a row I have had this or worse, it fits the stereotype of sharp practice and poor service from car dealerships. Beware, this lady might know a bit more than you think and not fall for it.Thankfully they aren't all like that, but I won't be returning to this one.
