Frustrating Recall Experience

We received a recall notice for our vehicle and managed to get it booked in promptly. However, when we arrived, we were informed that there was no time to look at our vehicle. It was then rescheduled for the following week with a promise of free collection and delivery due to the inconvenience. The night before, we were told the booking was canceled because the necessary part was not up to standard, which should have been identified earlier. Now, we are left uncertain about the timeline for repairs. This first impression of the service has been disappointing.

The customer service has been lacking. I have a new vehicle set to be delivered, and after two days of trying to confirm the status, my emails have gone unanswered. It feels as though once the contract is signed, the focus shifts away from customer care. I hope everything goes smoothly when I finally receive the car.

I have recently purchased a second hand car from this dealership. That process was very smooth, but I am believer that the proof is when things need sorting. After a few weeks there were a couple of items that needed sorting and the dealership was happy to address them.
