Review Time
We booked a test drive, but when we got there nobody knew about it. We had to wait over an hour for someone to see us and arrange the test drive. After we had purchased the car, we paid for some additional equipment. When we phoned to ask when we could collect the car, the service department did not know about the work. We left messages for the salesman we saw to phone us. When we came to collect the car, we were told we would have to wait another 23 days for the sensors to be fitted. After 20 days we phoned to confirm when we should bring in the car. Nobody, however, knew that the sensors were to be fitted. The Sales Manager eventually said we should have to wait a further 17 days for the sensors. He claimed the firm were still waiting for the components because of a global components shortage. I am sceptical of his explanation; if it's true, why didn't they phone us to warn us of the additional delays
poor customer skills every car that i wanted to look at had to be jump started they looked like they had just come out of a field green with cobwebs, Mileage was incorrect by 10k on one of them and prices online are different than on the forecourt wont be buying a Toyota very rude and pushy sales techniques one sales man came after me in the car park after i said no thanks to his really" low trade in price " offering me money to late i left and went to VW
Cambridge branchBad experience booked for a recall and service plus MOT. Although they said they rang the previous evening to say they did not have the recall part we have no record of that call. Was informed no MOT as could not replace back brakes. This is a huge dealership and they have no brakes? Would have been better to have been told the problems ahead so we could have cancelled and not wasted a day and a drive from London. Our previous experience was good - what has happened?

Don't get me wrong. Toyota cars are wonderful to drive. However the aftersales is abominable. My car app has hardly worked and I've had many issues over the years with other Toyota cars and despite emails to the salesteam and Toyota complaints you will have zero response.
I found the sales staff Olly in particular very friendly and honest.He looked after me and found the deal that I wanted.The Toyota xCross is the most economic car I have ever had by a long way.This car is brilliant to drive.I would recommend to anyone.
