Quick resolution for my broken belt

One of the belts on my equipment broke, and when I contacted customer support, they resolved my issue incredibly fast. The first response was so quick I thought it was automated, but it was a real reply, and they offered to send a new belt. 10/10.

Great support experience, extruder issue

I have. Kobra 3 v2 and kept getting and error about filament stuck. In trying to fix it, one of the springs popped out and it was really small and I was unable to get it put back. I reached out to support and they were really helpful and sent me back a brand new extruder that I was able to install very carefully and now the printer works perfectly once again. Came in the mail in about a week. I got lots of emails from support in the process, which was very helpful to stay in communication. 👍👍👍
