Anycubic support is really exceptional!

Anycubic support is really exceptional!, given that the Kobra 3 is already outdated. If something breaks, their support will quickly send it over to you so you don't have extensive downtimes. Yes the printer could be better, but for the money spent, it's really something you can grow on. Plus the multicolor capabilities are great.

Excellent customer service. I had a problem with my hotend fan. Customer service even contacted me over the holidays. They quickly and professionally found a solution. I highly recommend them.

Great customer service

I've had 3 Anycubic printers, both resin and FDM. Regardless of whether my printer is still in warranty, CS staff is very helpful with troubleshooting and recommending the parts I need to fix it, even when they didn't support the printer anymore and I had to source the parts myself. They listen to user feedback on social media and respond pretty quickly with upgraded parts or firmware changes requested.

I contacted support regarding issues with the K3 Max and K3 Combo, and the service was excellent. Replacement parts for the K3 Combo have already been shipped, and I am awaiting shipment of the K3 Max parts.
