The support team was vary usefull

The support team was vary usefull. We were able to trouble shoot the issues and get the replacement parts sent out. Not a fan on the time frame for the the shippment but I do understand that it is comming international.

The printer does its job, Excellent customer service

The printer does its job. I encountered a few issues, and support was very quick to find a solution and helped me resolve the issue by sending me replacement parts. Replacement parts take a long time to arrive (Italy), but I still recommend Anycubic products. Excellent after-sales service.

Worst technical support everI previously contacted you with a problem with my printer making too much noise(ticket 1009924). They sent me an additional part, but the printer continues to make noise, and now your support team is trying to guide me through the same steps. Do you think I'm an idiot?

I’ve been working with Anycubic Support across several tickets related to a refurbished Kobra 3 and a Kobra 3 V2, and I can honestly say their support experience has been exceptional.Every response has been timely, professional, and thoughtful. The technicians actually read the details I provided, reviewed photos, acknowledged real issues when they existed, and worked with me collaboratively instead of defaulting to scripted replies. Replacement parts were shipped quickly, follow-ups were consistent, and communication remained clear and respectful throughout.What really stood out to me is that when something wasn’t right, they didn’t argue it, minimize it, or push blame — they focused on solving the problem. That builds trust fast, and it’s something you don’t see enough in customer support these days.I’ve worked in IT and technical environments for a long time, and I have a very high bar for support quality. Anycubic exceeded it.
