This is my second Anycubic FDM. I’ve only had to contact customer support twice but both times have been very helpful. The customer support staff is quick to respond, quick to understand the issue I am facing and quick to provide a solution. Highly recommend!
After noticed that an error appeared consistantly after a certain kind of patern period, I've reported to support service.They promptly open a ticket service, identified the probably defective part and sent the parts to solve the issue.Also received tutorials to disassemble the old parts and reassemble the new ones.The shipping was fast and through all the process they kept in contact, so to ensure everything was going ok.
One of the belts of my ACE pro broke and upon contacting customer service they resolved my issue super fast, so much soo that on the first reply i thoght it was the automated response but it was an actual reply to my problem and they offered to sent me the replacement belt. 10/10
