The coat is faulty, zip has broken off so coat won't do up!!! Velcro fell off hood so good won't stay in pocket. Customer service so unhelpful, not listening, now left with a coat which is useless, might as well have put £45 in the bin!!! Don't use Styled up.
After coming on here reading bad reviews AFTER my purchase of the longline black gilet I was very worried but I had no need to be as within 3 days my beautiful gilet arrived ❤️ I'm 5ft 2 and there gilet comes just above my knees I'm so happy to have found one this length being short I find this a big problem please stop reading negative reviews until you've tried them yourself and just see how your own experience is with them .. styled up..Also If you pay through PayPal its safe and you always have the money back guarantee 💯
Didn’t even want to give 1 star. Ordered a coat from here. Quality was awful didn’t look anything like the picture. Returned the coat, took them just over 2 months to send refund. Didn’t respond to any messages/emails had to go through PayPal and raise a dispute.
I ordered a jacket from this company then cancelled it after I had read their reviews. Surprisingly my refund was back into my account the next day. This just goes to show you can't trust everything you read and I would recommend and will buy be buying from this company in the future. Thank you.
Why hasn't this company been closed down! Same issue as everyone else it seems, order never received I kept emailing for an update and advising the tracking link wasn't updating, had two responses advising my tracking number which I already knew. Then I was totally ignored every email after. Gave up and got refunded by my credit card company, had I used my debit card I wouldn't of got this back. Disgusting company.
