WARNING... COMPANY DISSOLVED

Company has dissolved!!! No surprise there.Bought coat for my daughter before Christmas. She wore it 12 times briefly and the sitching on the arm came apart.No refund or replacement offered. Even though faulty under consumer rights act.Company has been dissolved now but still selling goods!!!! Absolute waste of money!

Happy experience

I was sceptical since reading the reviews, but it’s the only place that sold the Skort I wanted for my night out. I ordered on Wednesday night for next day delivery (expected to receive it on the Friday as I ordered it after 1pm) and it came on time. Item is exactly how it is described and in perfect condition. I’m happy!

Good service!

I was honestly so worried after reading the trustpilot reviews but I was happy with the service. My order arrived within 5 days. The items were all as expected but didn’t suit me so I sent them back. Returning them was easy and I received a refund 3 days later!

SHOCKING COMPANY

SHOCKING COMPANY 0 stars. Had a gilet 1 month the zip has broke & down one side the stitching has come away to create a hole. Asked for an exchange & they so say don’t accept refunds or exchange I will cut my loses this time & go else where. 100% read the reviews before buying. (I normally do) but not this time unfortunately.

I have so many things to say but I am exhausted with this. I only bought from them because I didn't check here first but I did an hour later. I ordered two and they said they're so "busy" they can only offer one refund, I was thinking if you can offer one why can't you offer two?? but I didn't bother just in case I end up with no refund. AS FOR THE QUALITY IT IS AWFUL there's like fluff/filling coming out, you can see scratch marks, the quality is awful. ALSO, one thing I'm super pissed of with is the WRONG SIZE. If they don't have the right size I bet they'll just give you another because I ordered a size 10 and this is not it. I'm never going to wear this coat IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO S

Please avoid this company like the plague! They effectively steal off you- they send you damaged items but then expect you to cover the return to send them back! Do not order from them they are a joke of a company!

I ordered the Burberry inspired print skirt in a ladies uk 10-12 . And also paid next fay deliver for an extra £4.99. First of all my patcel came 3 days after my orfer and secondly the skirt was more like AGE 10-12 GIRLS...Just rediculous!!! Now im having to oay more money to send the heap of crap back!!!DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Shocking customer service....

I was given a long gilet as a Christmas gift from Styled Up but unfortunately it was faulty as I wanted it. I contacted them by email as it seems its the only way to correspond (probably because their phone lines would be constant if they had one, judging by all the other bad reviews) and they were great to begin with advising me i could get a refund or a replacement if I returned it tracked and I would get a refund of the postage costs if I was getting a new item. Now this is what I asked for, fast forward 2 months later, still no replacement and after me writing a 4th email asking for an update and how unhappy I was they refunded me the cost of the gilet but took off the shipping cost. (which I understand, but not when they won't refund me for the postage I paid to return the item) I attempted again to get them to see the principal in this matter considering I am out of pocket and don't have the gilet or even the money to by a new one as it went back to my friend. Absolutely ridiculous company.
