I was worried after ordering I came across the reviews. The coat I ordered was a present for my daughters birthday. It came within 5 days (on her actual birthday thankfully) The coat is lovely, my daughter loves it and fits her perfectly.

Do not order from this company!!!

I ordered two Longline puffer coats for winter. When they arrived they came in the smallest air tight bag, TOGETHER, that I didn't even dare take them out to try on as I would never have got them back in the one bag. The coats were £90.00 each. I returned the items and have never had the money returned to me. £180.00!!! I have chased via phone and email. No answer whatsoever. I even have a picture from the courier of return to their premises with a member of their staff taking receipt of the parcel!! 🙄 It's absolutely disgusting!!

non order for wife jacket it too tight return with tracking pay of of wife card tracking say arrived sign done still no refund end less return emails waste of time they con artist found telephone number on label no one pick up phone keep answer machine later found return warehouse near us [ Newcastle upon Tyne] different address we there it run down factory no name nothing

I would have given this firm 0 stars but I couldn't proceed to the next step. Do not under any circumstances order from these people. They are scam artists. They give small businesses and internet shopping a bad reputation.I have lost hope of receiving my refund even after months and multiple emails.

Robbers

Would recommend you stay far away from…

Would recommend you stay far away from this company, I bought some clothing from this company but it was the wrong size. So I returned it to them after paying for postage. They ignored my emails about when I would be getting refunded. I never got my money back after 2 months.

Unfortunately I read these reviews…

Unfortunately I read these reviews after I ordered my coat. True to the reviews, very poor quality, hence I returned the item, but 6 weeks on no refund received, despite several emails to them, albeit they have received the garment as I tracked it with. I have had to raise a charge back with my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAMMERS. I will be reporting them to Action For Fraud.
