Poor quality garment

Poor quality garment, press stud come away after being worn twice. Item returned as per instructions. Website does state UPTO 30 days for refund, but don't believe it. I chased my refund 30 days after they received back and they said they would have to check to see if they had got it. Parcel was tracked and signed for by them on the 19th January. Due to poor contact with them I raised it with Paypal and only just received my refund, now the 7th March.Do not use this company if you want good customer support and quality items, they offer neither. 1 star because i couldnt leave 0

***0 stars*** DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!Absolutely terrible, I think this is a scam company. Several emails have been sent due to item not being received after almost 2 and a half months on a next day delivery item. I already died from the cold. Does anyone know how to complain about this company transnational? Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Wrong item sent, made me return the item first and pay for the return instead of sending me the correct item I needed urgently for a gift. Still haven’t received full refund i was promised and its been 2 months. Looking at previous reviews i am not the only one. Think twice before giving this company your business

Do not buy from this company they take your money and do not send the goods. They blame Royal Mail for losing it and then say it’s Royal Mail who should pay refund.

Terrible company

Terrible company, avoid! Ordered two gilets in December, one was faulty, I couldn’t even try it on, and the other not suitable. They promised via email to refund in full, on return, including return postage (£9 approx) I have had to fight to get the refund, finally received after two months, and my emails are now being ignored in relation to the postage cost refund. Worst company I’ve dealt with in a long time!

I also wish I'd never ordered from this company. I bought two coats on separate occasions, both didn't fit. Still waiting on a refund for both of them 40-50 days on. I am getting no response at all. It's a lot of money to not receive back.

Not even worth 1 star. I ordered on 6th January 2023- took 10 days to arrive. Sent items back on on 20th January for a refund & still NO REFUND after 33 days. Emailed Styled up, to which they avoided giving any straight answers, even though I could provide proof of postage. AVOID THIS COMPANY BY ALL MEANS. THIEVES!!!! Only positive reviews are from those who do not require a refund! They will keep your money & your goods if you do send items back. I am going through my bank to try & claim my money back. This company needs shutting down!

Awful customer service and awful quality items. I ordered the gilet and after 3 wears (less than an hour each time) the material has completely started to fall apart. It is a clear manufacturing problem but due to it being "past the 14 day return" they "strictly" will not do anything about it.The quality of their items is as bad as their customer service.
