I wouldn’t even rate this company 1 star, shocking customer service! Returned an item more than 35 days ago, emailed numerous times to be told the refund will be with me in 30 days, still no refund. I have now contacted my bank to get involved and will never be purchasing from this website again!!!
Wish I’d checked reviews before ordering from this sham company. Ordered a coat and after one week of wearing, the material started fraying. The material looked much better quality online. Tried to get refund or exchange, wouldn’t help as out the 14 days. They took no ownership that the issue was their fault. No exchange, no refund offered. When I asked to make a complaint, they have no complaints dept, they started ignoring my emails. Even logged complaint resolver and they still ignoring me.
Wouldn't even give this one star....same as all below, got a coat, too big...sent it back, got all proofs of return....to be told today it was sent back damaged. It was not, tbf it was a nice coat...just too big. So now they are saying no refund and I have no coat. I am now in the process of trying to get my money back from the bank, I wish I read the reviews beforehand. This company needs to be shut down ASAP!!Caitlin get another job ya scammer!!
I bought a coat in December 2022. The coat didn't fit, so I sent it back with all the paperwork asked for in the returns policy. I have been in contact with this company, and it seems as though they have lost my parcel and no refund.Absolutely shocking company to deal with.Never will I buy from this site again!!
Ordered a coat on Wednesday came today so only took 4 days when I paid extra for 5/7 working days. Then looked at all the bad reviews so was worried but came and it’s perfect don’t know what all the bad reviews are about so had to come and put a good review will be ordering again!
I bought a black padded jacket for my granddaughter and she loved it! Only 3 weeks later, the inside lining of one of the sleeves, came apart at the seam.I tried to contact Styledup and tried to arrange a return, for an exchange. Imagine my surprise when I was told I could not return it! I sent off an email, only to be given short shrift, and told again I cannot return the jacket!As far as I know, this is against ALL Trading Standards rules, and I cannot get to speak to anyone!This jacket was not cheap, £45.00, and the least I would expect, was an exchange!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
