Review Time
I ordered a jacket for my partner, it was a long puffer jacket. I had initially looked for model size on the site to gauge how long the jacket actually was but there was none of that information available. Jacket arrived within delivery period, no issues with packaging or with emails to update. The jacket looks as in on the site except it’s not really long (model must be around 5’1” based on jacket length amd was a little tighter than she had expected as all her other jackets fit well in this size. My partner decided she didn’t want to keep the jacket so I emailed to do a return. I have now sent 4 emails and not one has been replied too. Shocking customer service and aftercare. Will NOT use again.
Bad company AvoidBought a coat and returned it. Had to pay for the return paid tracked and could see they signed for the item. They did not answer my emails, tell me my return was processed or give me my refund. Now filling for the refund through the bank as the company are ignoring messages. Just inconvenient
Ordered a coat 3 weeks ago I haven’t received and I haven’t even been given a tracking number yet!!!No reply from the email I sent Don’t use this site is my advice!!!The coat arrived after 3 and half’s weeks and I have to be fair it is a good quality coat and the size was correct if your happy to wait for your order to arrive I take back the last comment about not using this site just expect a wait
So I was extremely nervous after seeing all these reviews AFTER ordering. I ordered on the 9th December, had no communication with them even though I had emailed several times. I then got a email from DPD saying they were waiting for my parcel. Around 3 days passed then it arrived. The service from this company was appalling, still no emails back from them however yesterday I DID receive my coat. I will 100% NOT be ordering from them again.
Placed an order weeks ago and haven’t received one update & been scammed out of my money !!!! Seen a lot of the same incidents on their Instagram page too & people having to contact PayPal and banks for money back & I have also emailed their so called ‘customer service’ multiple times and no response.
Ordered a coat on 5th December. Was sent DPD tracking number for 15th...nothing happened and the (?fake) website linked still says item is yet to be delivered on 15th!!?! Nothing delivered. Emailed a number of times, eventually had a reply saying item on way via Royal Mail (not DPD then) and would arrive within a few days. It hasn't. This site is a scam.
