This is got to be the worst company i have ever ordered from in my entire life! When I placed my order initially I accidently ordered two of the same jacket to be told that i cannot cancel it and will have to wait till it comes to return it. i did not receive any confirmation email with a order number or anything which concerned me, after this I reached out to styled up who told me they do not have a order with my email address which scared me as £72 was taken from my bank account. After this, she finally found my order but it took about a week and a half to arrive ( bare in mind i paid extra for next day delivery) finally it arrived. The jackets were tiny ! they were size medium but were not medium more like extra small ! I obviously set out to return them right away! their returns process is a big mess! they make you write the returns label and then tell you to write a invoice with your order no and address so they can associate with your order ( it was no made clear i had to do this) they dont give you this information inside the parcel, rather you have to research this to find out anyway i did not know i had to do this so did not . Then the lady told me they cannot refund me because i did not do this, so they cant locate my parcel. This is despite me showing proof it was returned with my tracking number, ( plus my order can not be hard to find since it is two jackets (duplicate order) they also take 30 day to process a refund in whih most people will prob forget about the refund all togethe.. utterly ridicilous i have lost my money now NEVER ORDER FROM HERE !!!! THEIVESS....
Absolute shambles this company is I ordered a coat and they’ve sent me a completely different one to what I ordered plus it come with all make up stains on the arms of the coat ( foundation) !!!! I’ve sent a email to them and I’m still waiting on a reply but I definitely won’t be ordering from here again not ever I should of read the reviews before buying anything I will be in future !!!!!!!!
Quick delivery- I paid 24hr next day delivery and ordered real fur puff jacket with belt, size 10 and size 12 two days after, as I wasn’t sure if it’s the right size it’s always good to try two sizes. The real fur is sooo lovely, but I have a problem with long sleeves, I can’t buy a jackets that suits me well in chest and waist and also length of sleeves. Sizing with this company is a big shame for me, size 10 was fitted in chest and hips but sleeves were too short (loved the look) and hood looked amazing, size 12 was good in length of sleeves but overall jacket was too big. Filling is synthetic so don’t expect feathers or something, the items were great for the price they selling. Cool look. I returned both jackets but only because of its fit, and refund was processed within few days after they received the items. I would order again, pls bare in mind you pay for return as it state on their website under Return policy. Overall I had a good experience with this company!!! Thank you
Do not buy from this company, accept return but don’t refund!!!. I ordered a coat size 8 when it came it was more like a 12 so I returned it. I paid £6 for the return signed for. Good job I did pay the extra because trying to get a refund from them was ridiculous!. Parcel was delivered to them signed for and picture of delivery, they tell me they have 1000s of returns to get through so when it is processed I’ll get a refund. I asked plenty of times what time frame am I looking at for getting a refund. 2 weeks after they received my parcel they finally answer the question after multiple emails with them dodging the question. Maybe 30 working days they will process my return! With proof of delivery I got bank involved and they got my refund. I honestly believe if I didn’t get bank involved and I waited the 30 working days they still wouldn’t of refunded me. Awful company do not buy! Sizing is wrong and trying to get a refund is impossible.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I bought a coat for my daughter, it was not up to standard and not worth the £70 pound I suspect more like £7, sent the coat back 2 months ago with everything that was requested yet I am not having to report them to my bank to obtain the cash back, disgusting customer services and quite frankly thieves
absolutely rubbish of a company. My girlfriend ordered a coat witch they sent completely wrong coat we sent that back 2 months ago still waiting on an answer via several emails. 😡😡 warning stay clear of these *****😡😡😡😡😡Lawyer contacted
I bought a black puffer jacket which arrived on 17/12/22 on the advert it said Northface which I should have known by the price it wasn't none the less it looked OK, discovered when you went into it it said Northface inspired! But this didn't fit my daughter when given it at Christmas wasn't a good shape so I requested a refund and also emailed them I was told yes no problem you will receive a refund once we receive it, I took photos of everything the A4 return slip inside the packaging, returning it in shop with the return label, I got photo confirmation from Evri it had been delivered to Styledup so just waited, to no refund, emailing back and forth they said they had a backlog and I would receive my refund within 30 working days but nothing, luckily I paid through PayPal and opened a dispute and sent them all the photographic evidence with in just over 2 weeks 28/2/23 I received my refund. I didn't read reviews before I ordered so lesson learnt. This company clearly don't like giving refunds and make it very difficult hoping you will give up so i will never order from here again.
If i could give this company no stars i would . Please avoid buying from this company as you will be extremely disappointed. I have been waiting for a refund for 3 months , as i purchased an item i did not recieve in november of last year and they just keep fobbing me off .
