Ordered a red jumper from this company which took forever to arrive after me contacting them for an update and not getting a reply. When the jumper finally arrived I had received a grey jumper instead of red so again I tried to contact them through there contact Us details and also fb still waiting on a reply. Customer service isn't just shocking is non existent will not buy from them again 🙄.
Item arrived promptly, however returned item and never received a refund. I emailed the company on 4 occasions and not once did they respond or send me my refund! Thankfully the bank were able to dispute the payment! Would NOT recommend this company! Nor will i ever use this company again!
One star is way too much, bogus company thugs and everything they present online is fake. I don’t thing this company is authentic, I ordered a tie n dye loungewear from the site. Two days later I got an email from a Kylie saying thank you for your purchase and you item will be with you soon. I waited a few days, and I got a msg from dpd saying I was going to receive my parcel on Monday 23rd august, “but they were waiting to receive the parcel from the sender” I was very confused but waited patiently, after realising I was not going to get my items. I sent am email to the so called Kylie and got a reply from a Jyoti saying she was sorry to hear I didn’t get my parcel and she was going to look into it. By now I was fed up and tired of waiting so I involved my bank and thank God I got my money back. Please do not use this company, they’re thugs who cheat people online. I don’t think this clothing company is real be careful of these online scammers.
