I’ve been using this platform for quite some time and have completed over 300 projects here, so my feedback is based on long-term use rather than first impressions. The service works reliably and is easy to navigate. The interface is clear, and I can complete tasks without unnecessary complications, which is important when you work on the platform regularly. I’ve reached out to support a few times and received quick, helpful responses. The team focused on resolving the issues instead of sending generic replies, which I appreciated. Overall, it’s a solid service that does what it’s supposed to do. I’m comfortable continuing to use it and would recommend it based on my experience.
Worst Pricing EverThis platform has to be the worst pricing ever! I was happy on the free plan but needed to upgrade cause I needed Ai credits for B-roll content. So I upgraded to the paid plan of $20/month and got 0 credits. Then I find out that I could've stayed on the free plan and only had to buy 100 credits which was like $10. I'm so pissed cause I hate throwing away money for stuff I don't need and what sort of way to price a serivce. I'm done with this platform. I'm going to go and find someone else. For anyone using this service, please check properly what you need before purchasing
I purchased the pro plan and wanted to upgrade to business. the team was extremely responsive and gave me a pro rated rate. they also gave me a bunch of extras as a courtesy. I've been thoroughly enjoying my experience thus far!

its a decent tool but very buggy. Many times my exports get stuck and i have to redo it (I assume it costs me more credits) and their customer service sucks. Also if you upgrade right after signing up for a specific package, you basically pay double. They dont refund or credit the previous package when you upgrade. its weird. I also hate that 4K is not included in the middle package like what?
