I have had a few problems with transactions not importing correctly into CTC and had no idea how to navigate my way around these issues largely due to my lack of skills in the technology world.Arjay helped me to resolve my issues which was awesome.Customer service plays a big role in any successful business and for me customer service is all about having knowledge of the product you are representing plus the willingness to help no matter how difficult the customer finds the situation.Arjay has both these qualities in spades.Well done and many thanks.
This software works incredibly well with a vast number of transactions over many different chains, platforms, etc. It is easy to upload and sync these transactions using API, .csv and excel formats with templates supplied by Crypto Tax Calculator for manual uploads. I had some minor issues and needed help for some transactions that I couldn't easily resolve - Shoota from CTC support responded quickly and worked with me to resolve these issues. He sent videos with his responses and maintained in contact whilst we were working through these, making sure that the issues were resolved. Shoota really does go all out to help you get to the bottom of your issue and find a solution! Thanks Shoota & thanks CTC for a great product!
While the issue I had with CTC not updating reports from the data set was slow to fix and caused setbacks with client work, my case support worker, Chris, was fabulous. We worked through many areas to determine what the error was and then it was up to the programming team to remedy the situation. After using CTC for the past 3 odd years, this is the first system issue I have had. As an overall, this product is easy to use, and the team is always quick to assist with queries.
I've tried a few different crypto tax products and have found that CryptoTaxCalculator is the best one that suits my needs. The integration APIs work nicely with all the accounts I have on a number of exchanges, cold and hot wallets on a variety of blockchains. I recently called upon support to assist with a couple of minor issues. Shoota from CTC support responded quickly and helped resolved both my issues explaining in an easy to understand manner as to what the issue is and how to resolve. He sent videos with his responses which made it 1000% easier to understand and resolve the issues compared to what I've ever experienced with other companies and their idea of acceptable support.
