I am writing from the perspective of a service user. Most simple cases concerning document verification usually go without any problems, but any complex and non-standard case stops the service. To answer any of your questions, even the simplest ones, the operator needs more than 20 minutes. After that, with a 50% probability, he will provide information that is not related to the question and ignore other questions in the original message.I highly not recommend using this service for any complex solutions.Support Ian was not helpful and did not want to escalate my case any further.

I requested the payout and they asked for the kyc i verified the account at the first time and at the 2nd time they asked to resubmit my kyc, and the information are same but they did all of this just to dont pass the withdraw, can someone explain??
You broke fragment with your shitty kyc that doesn't work. You made the posts about X saying you would help everyone and they disappeared. To emails the support replies that they help you, then disappears for a week and you discover that I can't solve anything... but only because you contact them, otherwise you'll be screwed. You are indecent.
