Firstly this sumsub don't even deserve this one star.. this i had to give or else I could not write the review.. it's the worst verification system I have come across. It's verification system is so incompetent that even after uploading real documents for verification the system say it's forged and blacklist it creating a trouble for the person to whom it belongs.. shame on sumsub that due to your inefficient incompetent system people have to suffer and on top when you raise a complaint to their customer support they can't even solve it on asap basis it say it will take days to solve the mess their incompetent system created.. don't ever choose sumsub as verification system it needs to verify its own credibility correctly as why the system is so poor..
I had a terrible experience with Sumsub during the KYC process. They rejected my country's official ID document, falsely claiming it was a copy and not the original. This unjustified rejection prevented me from completing my KYC, causing unnecessary frustration and delays. Their verification system seems unreliable, and their customer support was unhelpful. I would not recommend Sumsub for KYC services.
This is just a warning to be careful. I received an email from a company that called itself Sum & Substance, an identity verification firm. They said they were partners with an online teaching platform I've been working with for 5 years. Their message came through the platform's app so I foolishly trusted them. Fortunately, they couldn't verify who I was using the info I gave them. I'm not accusing this firm of being behind the email, but just know then that someone is using this company's identity to defraud people.
I am a seller of igitems.com website they rejected my adress verification document of bank statement even tho I officially got it from the bank itself,and when I email them about this problem they replied me very fast in 4 weeks,but they still didn't solve the problem and told me to contact the website,so I am mailed them again now to help and I need to wait for 4 weeks more now,this is the worst website for verification ever.
It's impossible to pass advanced verification in app (bing) and even withdrawal verification on bybit, it always fails (even camera for selfie is offset so you actually have to hold the phone at an angle, they never fixed it, what a shame!). Sumsub is just bad! The only was to pass verification is to go to web version of KYC process. App will always fails.ATTENTION:If you really want to pass verification then do it on phone in web browser (desktop mode) otherwise I strongly do not recommend using their services or trying to get verified via their services. They are just bad, it's the only verification service that I had such issues.
Never use this service. First of all, they collect your documents and reject subsequent verifications—for example, for a second account or if you use a different document like a passport or ID card. They get documents for free and then sell them to third parties. Some of my friends have experienced this.Personally, I lost money from selling goods because they rejected verification for my second account with the same email address and did not allow me to re-verify that account again.
