Put a random block on our business account, absolutely notice or warning. They claim we need to re-identify ourselves and provide documents and information that had already been provided. Payments in are bouncing back, important bills we need to pay were late because it took them days to action it.Now, about three months later, they have done it again. We have now given this info and these documents several times. How can their systems be this bad?Never bank with Suncorp, we are switching and I will never do business with them again.
Zero stars. In my experience, USELESS insurance.I found dealing with Suncorp insurance an absolute nightmare.Their claims department is horrible to deal with, even for not-at-fault claims.Call centres are slow with long wait times and poor customer service.Also high insurance premiums to get any decent coverage.I will be AVOIDING Suncorp insurance and their many other insurance brands in future.
This bank needs a good lesson in customer service. From the front end where there is generally one teller on and several others swanning around causing a wait time of at least 20 minutes to their phone service. Hard to get on to speak to a real person and when you do their language is poor and they are very unhelpful. Im still waiting for my problem to be resolved and it was put through as Urgent. No communication. Keep changing what they want.
Sudden locking of my business account. This account has been active for more than 18 years, and I have received no explanation as to why access has been restricted.I have made several phone calls in an attempt to resolve the issue, but I have been transferred repeatedly between departments without any answers. I was advised that I would receive a return phone call, yet after 4.5 hours I have still not been contacted.This situation is unacceptable and is causing significant disruption to my business.
Do not ever waste our time with Suncorp, the worst Insurance Company I have ever dealt with. One star is too much for these incompotent idiots. Have an accident, they take your excess payment then they do not give a toss about you. Despite call to the most useless call centre (wherever that is, absolute waste of time) I have ever had the displeasure to deal with, they are worse than useless. Spend 40mins with them on the phone, 30mins of that is on hold. Promise you the customer experience will be fantastic. What a lot of crap. Had to get my car towed to a yard, after nearly three weeks it's still there. Absolute joke, all you get are excuses and how it will be resolved. On the phone on hold again to this waste of time call centre. been waiting 20mins listening to their terrible music.
Suncorp Cartel Bank held my accounts to ransom this Sunday, they blocked my online banking without notice until I accepted the terms for any and all my personal information to be accessed and used for anything they want at any time, building a database on there CUSTOMERS.I had to accept the theft of my personal information under extreme duress to access MY MONEY,I made several calls to Suncorp spending hours on the phone as they kept hanging up on me without even getting to talk to someone, when I finally get to talk to someone I'm told if I do not accept there ransom I can no longer use internet banking and again under extreme duress I was FORCED to cancel internet banking leaving me in a very bad situation.The closest SUNCORP CARTEL BANK to me is now 1.5 hours away and they don't deal with cashI'm not alone in this situation, many customers have received the same RANSOM LETTER
Suncorp car insurance without doubt the worst choice I could have made after 45 years of driving and had insurance all over this time with other companies The stress from this and with my disability issues has taken it's toll Think twice here before choosing them
Thought I was protected with road side assist by Suncorp. But it was the worst experience I have ever had. I was in the middle of nowhere broken down on flinders highway mingela rang to organise a tow truck took over a hour to even get one sent and I was told so many different outcomes they could do. I informed them I had no idea what was happening still when I got off the phone I had no idea what was going on. They are u professional and unreliable. It was close to dark and I was by myself being young never have I felt so let down. They are not safe to use and inform u off what ur entitled to
