A company that values its after sales as much as its product. We had one slight issue with the locking mechanism on our doors but it was rectified with minimal fuss and in very quick time. The owner Paul handled it personally which really made us feel like we mattered.
Absolutely delighted with the new slide and turn doors provided by the team at Sunseekers for our extension. The ultra slim frames have maximised the view out to the garden. Even in the spring weather we’re already noticing the amount of extra sunlight we’re getting in there. Roll on summer where hopefully we can enjoy having them open late into the evenings.

I found Sunseekers to be first class, the service and support they offer is brilliant. I had a small issue with my door caused by myself. Ben manager was great organised Mark to come out and put right. I am very very pleased with my doors. Thank you.You see it is a family business that truly care.I would highly recommend them.
The actual windows and doors are great. However, as a company I would not recommend Sunseekers. Many other window and doors companies do not insist you pay the full amount until you are happy with the windows. Sunseekers told me they would refuse to fit my window and doors unless I paid the full amount before installation! They only offer bank transfer as payment. Which is not ideal. When I asked to pay by credit card the only option was to read out my card details over the phone! I was told ‘it’s ok no one else is in the room’. The fitters smashed out the the top of the rendering on the outside of my house leaving it unfinished. At the original survey the fitter explained to my builder what he needed to prepare. However, the fitters still smashed out more than agreed and left both the windows and doors in an unfinished state. If you use Sunseekers DO NOT EXPECT A FINISHED JOB. I had to ask the fitters to sweep up and they had to borrow my broom! They also left some of the old window trim attached to the wall even after I asked them to remove it. To top off all of this, I have had no after sales call to check I am happy and no customer survey to complete!! I definitely would not recommend Sunseekers!!
Although the ultra slim slide and tilt product appears to be great, there are shortcomings in the measurement, fitting and correction of issues that make this company hard to recommend.We had several windows installed in addition to a 4m slide and turn set of doors. One of the windows was measured (by them) too narrow by maybe 4cm. Add this to the fitting tolerance they add and there's a big shortfall. Naturally, on the day of measurement, I signed to say the measuring had been done without remeasuring everything myself. Mistake #1. If I had measured everything myself I would have been able to challenge the mismeasurement of the window and it would not have been made too small.When the doors and windows were fitted the short window was positioned centrally between a corner pole and a wall. The resultant wide gaps being filled with expanding foam. Mistake #2. I should have insisted the window was fitted into the corner post. That way the under-measurement would have prevented fitting the window.In addition to this, it turns out that they only fit onto flat walls. Not stone, like we have. They left with the edges packed and foamed. Not a drop of silicone in sight. Not mortared into place. Just foam. And spaces for air to get in and out. So much for the great U value. I've had the edges filled now, but don't think I should have had to. Fitting a window means fitting it. Not leaning it up against a wall.I contacted support. In 4 days time it will be two months of broken promises trying to get a resolution. I guess their warranty will be impossible to invoke - after all, the mismeasured window is a defect in their manufacturing process and they haven't even bothered to send someone to see it.Two stars because the product is potentially great, but the rest of the process is not. Guess you'd have to be lucky.

Alternatively, you can view our Frameless Glass Doors, which are ideal for room dividers, enclosures, out-buildings and commercial installations. They work on the same principle of slide and turn but are not suitable as doors from your home to outside, as they are tempered glass.
