We had Sunseeker Ultra Slim Bi fold doors fitted in 2013. Over the years we have had a couple of small issues ( to be expected after 11 years )which Sunseeker have resolved quickly and efficiently.Communication is excellent with Ben and previously Paul in arranging swift appointments and the guys who carried out the work are very friendly & professional.They also gave me good advice tips on regular maintenance regarding lubrication etc to avoid any future problems. From our experience I would not hesitate to recommend.
I would 100% recommend this company, I’m so happy with my bifold doors, and even after installation they were friendly and helpful if I had any questions. The quality are brilliant, which I was a little worried about before they arrived as they were such a good price. They were also very efficient and reliable. Very happy customer 😊
Had our Ultra Slim folding/sliding doors fitted this week and we could not be any happier with these. The quality is exceptional and the doors are unique and so much nicer than a standard bifold. The Sunseeker team have been fantastic throughout - thank you Chloe and Adrian as you have gone above and beyond for us. We had two sets of 2.3m doors and chose the silver RAL colour. We even changed the opening style of the doors after ordering and Sunseeker were happy to accommodate this. The fitters were very professional and exceptionally quick and the doors have been fitted precisely. This was a concern with having such a thin frame but we needn’t have worried as they are perfect. Cannot thank the team enough and for the owner Paul’s follow up email. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality new doors and exceptional customer service. Thank you again.
i brought a house with sun seeker doors and after 10 years they started to have problems closing. i called sun seeker and they offered to service them, i accepted the offer and waited 2 weeks for the service visit. the sun seeker team arrived promptly and worked through the issues throughly. i was 100% satisfied with the service and everyone i spoke with.
We are so happy with the service received from this company. We visited the workshop where they make the doors and it was very helpful. They worked around our dates and we are very pleased with our slide and pivot doors. They are amazing! Easy to operate and very slim profiles. Would highly recommend the doors and this company.
We found sunseekers after a simple google search and what a find they have been.The windows are outstanding quality and the mechanism works a treat. They offer a uniqueness that has taken our new space up a level -so much so that both our builders and architect have asked for the details for future recommendations.I would also say that from start to finish their customer service has been absolutely first class. Quote, measurements, order and install all happened exactly as and when they promised. It's worth noting that with a build project the scale of ours we have of course had a few niggly issues along the way, and when this happened with Sunseekers they resolved the problem quickly and completely without a moment of hesitation or fuss. This sort of customer service is a massive asset for such a company and left me in no doubt I would use and recommend them again.
We are absolutely delighted with our new doors, which were installed about 5 weeks ago. From our initial contact with Tony in sales to our interactions with Paul and Dee in the office, the entire experience has been fantastic. Great aftercare! We have had our doors for nearly 3 years and have been incredibly happy with the sleek, slimline look and smooth ease at which they open and shut. Installation went well, and everything ran smoothly. A year later, we decided to get hooks to pin back the windows as they would swing about in the wind. Engineers came and did that without any issues. I suggest everyone asks for hooks on the doors as an add-on, as they don't come with them.
