Purchased £400 supagard treatment with my Tesla model 3 purchase from cargiant. I was sold: A full valet (in uk this includes polishing), protective supagard bionic treatment. Interior leather protection and fabric treatment to prevent any water dirt/stain markings. What I received: Vehicle with spray markings all over. Interior was dirty! Exterior even windscreen/windows were not cleaned to put everything in perspective. Dust in centre console?!When I pointed out the condition of the vehicle, the collections manager took the car away only to return 10-15 minutes later claiming its all done. Refused to undertake service I paid for. Many emails exchanged with cargiant and I have been implied a liar, when challenged with photographic evidence I was offered £60 for valet elsewhere and then drive 2 hours to them for 're-spray' literally that! And, this on a vehicle worth £35,000+Do not buy this add-on, its a gimmick, and just a spray. Much better options out there. Car floor mats also went missing, yet to be relocated! Take my word and £20 car wash will do better job.---------------Thank you for your reply @James. Are you saying cargiant is falsely claiming that they are supagard authorised partner? Did they forge your warranty document as well?
The service I received from Pete was absolutely second to none. He kept me fully informed throughout our communication and was extremely helpful and pleasant. I am always wary about buying “extras” when purchasing anything and hardly ever do but I am so pleased I purchased the Supagard treatment when I got my car. I thought that claiming on the guarantee would be more hassle than it was worth but I was completely wrong. Pete couldn’t have been more helpful.
Supagard gave us a Super Service in helping us to get through a sticky situation with a main dealer when collecting our new car. They made us feel comfortable that the lifetime guarantee was there to support us if we ever needed it.The advise and help from Martin at Supagard gave was second to none, a fantastic help. Supagard recently fixed some marks on the paintwork of my car. The job was outstanding. That was a few months ago. I’ve recently become the Captain of my local golf club and have been looking for gifts etc to auction off for a charity to help a local little 6 year old boy called Jack. Supagard offices are based in Glasgow and I’m based near Bath but they contributed a fantastic gift of some of their products that I can auction off to add some funds to support little Jack. I was immensely pleased at their products and level of service when they repaired my paintwork but I am truly overwhelmed by their generosity. I believe a company is defined by their ethos and Supagard and their staff are truly magnificent. What a wonderful bunch of people. I’ve just bought my wife a new car and I’ll be getting Supagard in to protect the paintwork and interior. Their products and service provision are top notch. Thank you Supagard.
Pete from Supaguard came out to retreat the car after I had to replace the drivers seat. Absolutely amazing service, very professional and the communication leading up to the appointment was spot on. It's nice to know that there are still some decent and professional people around! Would absolutely recommend this company and their product, which has already saved my interior countless times (if you have young children this product is a must). It really works!!
I have been extremely pleased with the Supagard paint protection on my vehicle. The product is excellent and your customer support team must be highly praised. Unfortunately there was a small bird lime residue which had left a mark on the car’s bonnet.The service I received from my initial contact with Lucca at your Head Office to the home visit by Rob Hall, who carried out the minor remedial work, was above and beyond my expectations. They are superb ambassadors for your company.
I had a slight problem with some areas of my vehicle so contacted Supagard and spoke to Martin at head office. Having explained what the problem was he arranged for one of the companies technicians, Jonny, to attend to have a look. On arrival he was such a nice guy and explained what he could do and proceeded to solve the minor problems on a couple of the cars panels. He then decided that he would clean and re treat, where necessary, the whole vehicle showing me the process and explaining how the protection works. The vehicle now looks like it’s just come out of the showroom. I’m not easily impressed but on this occasion I was flabbergasted.From start to finish the process was professional, friendly and quick, with both Jonny and Pete being a credit to the company. I can’t recommend this company and it’s staff highly enough.
A bogus company, does not explain anything, and insurance is sold by the dealers giving you great hopes. I put a claim about bird poo lime fading the colour of my car.I was honest two say " I am sorry, I was away on Holiday for a week."My claim was declined on two bases:1. I should have put my claim in within 5 working days2. I should have cleaned my car within 48 hours.No sympathy, no mitigating circumstances taken in to consideration.Such rogue products are always sold by motor companies, promising you the Sun and the moon.When you put a claim in with full honesty, they decline the claim, making any excuse.Such, super duper products are always sold to to you by car companies.Be alert when you see Supagard.The insurance was sold to me by the car dealer as the best insurance one can have. Supaguard will come and put your car back in pristine condition.Nobody explains the condition I e must clean the car within 48 hours and must put the claim in within 5 days.Previous to this incident, I had another Nissan and once again Bird poo had defaced my car, I was very upset and had asked supguard for help. The reply was " nothing can be done for Bird Lime done". Now you contact me sending your email address, where were you when I had problem in 2019 regarding my new Qashqai, where I was told nothing much can be done about Bird Lim Then in August 2022 with my X Trail where I did not was the car in two days and , I should have claimed within five working days, so one cannot have a weeks Holiday to abide by your rules. Rules that were never explained to me and nor even a courtesy email to say thank you for purchasing our product since 2019 to 2022.If Supgard is genuine then, they should return both premiums I paid for Qashqai in 2019 and X Trail in 2020.
