Recieved mine last week. Was expecting good things given the reviews, i can honestly say this thing has exceeded all expectations. In the tub within an hour of turning on. Has opened up so many options for my garden and camping trips. From outdoor shower, warming paddling pool. Planning on getting a smaller 19kg propane and getting a inflatable hottub for the next camping trip. Hats off to the inventors. Will be interesting to see how much propane it goes through.
I had been looking for years to be able to get a hot tub working on some land that is off grid. The SUPA has allowed me to do this, it’s fantastic a real game changer. From start to finish Mark has been fantastic, he is rightly proud and enthusiastic over the Supa.It is a clever piece of kit and I’m delighted to have found it.
Sceptics- listen up!!I have a solid hot tub with approx 1100ltrs of water and I usually leave the base temperature at 35 and then boost to 39 a few hours before I use it, which is every other day. The heat cycle (in the summer) usually occurs every 6 hours or so to maintain the 35 degrees, and it takes a couple of hours to get from 35 to 39. I'm running a large 4Kw heater so this is fairly expensive. Cue the Supaheater..... I plumbed it up (which was an absolute doddle) fired the unit up and in UNDER 10 minutes- it had reached 39 degrees. I didn't actually believe it at first and had to check the spa digital screen. ABSOLUTLY MINDBLOWINGLY FAST, SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE. I will now be able to use my tub in the winter as ive usually turned it off because it's too expensive, and I've turned my heater on the spa off completely now.Don't hesitate if you have a hot tub, this is as essential as the water in the tub itself. Incredible.Customer service is like none i have ever experienced either, absolutely fantastic.Dan. Midlands.
As a host and an ex engineer with two hot tubs looking for a solution for a same day change over. The supaheater was just what a was looking for. I nearly ended up designing and building my own system after scouring the Internet and contacting countless hot tub suppliers with no success when an advert for the supaheater popped on Facebook some two years back. I was reluctant initially to trust FB and link to buy. I'm so glad I did. It's everything they claim and the quality of the product is second to none right down to the bespoke stainless hose clips and brass quick release couplings. It's been in use now for nearly two years used more or less every two days. Kept outside all year but under a roof. The cover now needs replacing that's the reason for review after getting in touch with Mark at Supa Products for a replacement.Great service 5 stars
I am really impressed with my Supa Heater so far. 100% is quicker at heating the hot tub by a huge margin. Cost wise - I haven't used the Supa Heater enough yet to truly work out the cost implications but it seems pretty obvious that this will save me ££££££ over the coming years.I've decided to pipe this up to a permanent outdoor shower which wasn't part of my original plans but why not hey! Having people shower before using the tub can only help further in reducing the added cost of more chemicals and having to change the water more frequently!I'm trialling using extended hot and cold pipes so I can leave the heater in a specific spot in it's very own little enclosure (with ventilation) for most of the year so I don't have to keep wheeling the heater out when we are using it more and more. The after sales is amazing. I always get a reply within minutes to any questions.Really pleased with this purchase.
Amazing bit of kit. So much more economical than using the heater that came with my hot tub. Also means you don’t have to keep the hot tub heater running all the time, just plug this in and with an hour you’ve got a hot tub ready to use. Customer service and help with any issues is fantastic and I’ve already recommended the product to other people based on my experience. I also used it to heat my kids swimming pool to take the edge off the temperature in the summer and they loved it.
