Amazing!!!! We have a big hottub and small ones and it heated the small one from 25 degrees to 38 in 17 mins!!! Before we would have been wasting electric which is so expensive these days. Last minute guests are welcome now without anxiety of having to wait if hottub will be warm enough on time.
Absolutely love this heater. Have used it to heat my hot tub from scratch and instead of waiting 24 hrs to get in I was in within an hour. Amazing. Easy to build with a great video to help and easy to set up in the garden to start the heating process. The customer service was exceptional and on hand for the many questions I asked as I was so nervous having no experience with this type of product. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Yes it’s pricey but I envisage it lasting many years so the pay back will come especially with the price of electricity at the moment. I can’t fault the heater at all. The only suggestion I would add would be to include some extra photos of how the heater looks once it’s attached to the gas etc as I was unsure what to do (however again customer service was great and solved my questions.)I’m a 40 + lady that built it and set it up all by myself so if I can do it so can you! Marks out of 10 for the product 11! You won’t regret it.
