We have three luxury lodges in the Highlands of Scotland and they each have big electric hot tubs. They generally take around 8 hours to heat to 40 degrees and are phenomenally expensive to run. In December the electricity bill for one of the one bedroomed lodges was £800. We do three days minimum stays so can have three turnovers in a week. I have just heated one of the hot tubs for the first time today. It took EIGHTY minutes to get to 40 degrees from freezing cold water. I estimate it has probably cost me £5.00 in gas. The machine is simple to use and assemble and is a massive game changer for my business. I was sceptical about the Supas claims and it seemed too good to be true at the price (around £690) but I have been blown away by today's experience. Many thanks Mark for all your help. Great service and communication from Mark. We had a minor issue with a part on the frame and he responded with a new part and shipped it next day. So far the boiler is working great and saving a lot of time heating our log fires hot tubs.

Next day delivery, excellent assembly instructions, worked perfectly first time. Only minor gripe is that the self tapping screws for the handle/storage hooks are too small for the hole sizing in the casing ( or the holes were too big!) so the screws will not bite securely. Easily resolved.
Hello i v had my hot tub about 20 years then the heater broke about 4 years ago i had 3 different firms come out sent electric board back to be tested not fixed it cost me 100s pounds just about gave up when i saw super heater so i got one and now happy again very quick to heat my large hottubstill breaking records at 77 years old and relaxing in my hottubJohn evans best headalancer in world ask google
We bought this SUPA heater for our small above ground pool to allow us to use the pool all year round, I have health issues that require I stay fit, so I bungee swim. We are utterly thrilled with it, the performance is excellent and phenomenonly cheaper than the alternative which is an all season electric heater that is several thousand pounds and more expensive to run. We can run this heater through the winter for the same cost of a monthly good quantity gym membership and have the luxury of a private pool.
