Watching and pausing the assembly video as I slowly assembled the heater, I realised the efforts and attention to detail that must have been used to design and build this water heater. The video instructions made a great deal of sense and also made getting the assembly right the first time around very simple.I attached the gas regulator and opened the valve on the gas cylinder, then attached the red water discharge hose and our garden hose to the pump, I turned on the water supply and waited for a steady stream of water to flow from the Red Discharge pipe, you could just about hear the water flowing around the system and see the water flowing through the water filter on the pump which wasnt used or needed for this operation, I then plugged in the power supply to the machine, not the pump and turned it on.Within moments I had a steady stream of hot water flowed from the red discharge hose. The heater hardly made any noise, very much less than expected and if you stepped away from it a few metres, it was hardly audible.Well done, a great product. Thank you.
This has been game changing for our holiday let business. We’re based in rural south west Scotland and our tubs have no direct access to warm water so heating them up was taking 14+ hours. This was impossible on a back to back changeover and so we were having to refund guests. We can now have both tubs emptied, cleaned, refilled and heated to 40 degrees under 5 hours. Each tub takes about an hour to heat to 40 degrees.This product is amazing!
Amazing heater, wish id bought one sooner! Heats the hot tub to full temperature in under 3 hours! Previously our tub was taking up to 30 hours to reach full temperature! A fantastic bit of kit. Easy to set up via the instructional video ( link attached to the receipt). The unit is light & very removable. It took about an hour to heat up the 6 person tub from tap water temperature to 40°c (winter -5° outside). Much cheaper to run than plugged into the mains. Roughly £5 worth of gas compared to 26hrs of electricity.
Absolutely amazing device. We have just received ours and it’s a complete game changer. We have an Airbnb Shepherd’s Hut ‘Little Acorn’ and the hot tub normally takes 15/17 hours dependent on weather to heat up! With the Supaheater it takes under 2 hours for 1000 litre Hot Tub. This means we can have it empty and fill up now on day of arrival. The company also is extremely efficient and got back to me the same day when I wasn’t sure of something.
