I ordered my food and it took over an hour to come so I rang them and they said the driver was out for delivery and when he arrived he had no food with him because he “got the wrong bag” he then told me that there is a different delivery driver coming with my food but he “would get lost going to the shop” he was basically stupid and dosent know where he is going I will never ever order from here again they are so unprofessional

Rang Eyre Square before16times and no answer.. rang today and same thing I rang 13times and he answered said they don't do delivery so was gonna order collection except he was very very angry that I was ringing and hung up on me.. wow.......

We ordered from Supermacs in Headford Road Galway, the service was very poor. Very poor customer service. The female manager was very rude. The quality of the food was not good. My fries were cold and our chicken was very old and dry.

Last time when I eat in supermacs

I eat with my child today in supermacs in kells co meath, services miserable, sauce all over box, salt bags inside in my taco chips, no forks burger for kid with no sauce, no salads just bread and meat, last time in my life when we eat it in supermacs terrible place.food was no worth even 1euro.

Supermacs Burrin Street Carlow

We ordered food for delivery. 20 minutes after the delivery time still got no food. I rang and I was told my food was next to be delivered. 30 minutes pass and my food finally turned up. I was surprised to see him in a car and not crawling on his hands and knees. My curry chips were cold, soggy and falling apart. This is happening everytime I order. Sorry supermacs but you just lost a customer
