Stopped by into the Supermacs in Mayfield/ Ballynagalliagh. Wait time was very quick- less than 5 mins, order was correct with no mistakes, the burger (cheddar and bacon) had plenty of bacon, cheddar cheese, etc and the bun was perfect and the texture was bang on (not dry or sloppy) and the seasoning for it was just perfect. The Fanta was just Fanta but that's the same with every other place. The best part was the taco fries. Great amount of flavour and sauce and the chips were nice and chunky. Would recommend stopping in if passing by it.
I have visited athenry and galway shopping centre supermacs and the food I received was Luke warm to touch, it has happened twice, the lady I asked on the 9th of January 2024 to replace my burger, replaced it with a burger the a different type of burger with an atttatude and it was still not warm.I decided not to eat it as it was cold again, as for the chips burnt, my wife's chicken tender meal not warm, pat mc Donagh your opening all these fast foods but for 23 euros your serving slop.Never to eat at this place again, get your finger out and check your fast food places as they are disgusting the food we are served.😡😡
I go to Supermac’s at least twice a week and order a lunch box every timeI travel all around Ireland so I’ve tried every one of them. Just got one in Tipperary and the chicken was sour or gone off and I’m not one to complain but I had to say something. The manager came out with a new drum stick of chicken and said there’s nothing wrong with it but I could smell it. He was very ignorant and I just left. This is my first review ever and won’t be going back to Tipperary ever again
Recently I posted a review of an order I made from Supermacs 9/12/23 The Reeks Killarney “I ordered food to the value of €30 and when I went to collect it the outlet was closed!! I tried ringing the outlet several times and got no answer!! I sent my sisters over today to see what they could do for me on meeting a manager!! I was pleasantly surprised by the compensation I got .Not only did they return my money but gave me an extra €10 and a tin of biscuits to the value of €10. I was delighted with the result and will continue to shop there again.The staff were apologetic and couldn’t have been more pleasant in dealing with the problem.I now can see how popular the Supermacs outlets are!! Checken Breasts used to be the same as what served in there Chicken burgers now these have gone the KFC route cheap disgusting dried Garbage. Malihide Supermacs 👎👎👎👎👎 As well have they not got a Person from our country who can actually understand us? The Cheapskates have people who can't understand us at Drive thru complete Joke. Looking elsewhere for better Takeaway As this has gone down hill bigtime. Go elsewhere for Decent food as this is Brutal. 🤮🤢🤢
The tables were dirty and the floor was littered. If we hadn't already paid for our food. I would have walked out. The music was so loud we couldn't hear each other. I like SuperMac's food and have visited outlets all over the country. I have worked in fast food outlets when I was younger and wouldn't have let the place get so dirty.
