Anytime I come here usually the service is quite good but this time the lady at the counter couldn’t half hear me then I was 3c short and she said I can’t get the meal unless I pay the 3c so I had to ask my friend for it .then my food came I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal with PLAIN chips but what comes out RAW CHICKEN and GARLIC AND CHEESE CHOPS WHICH I AM ALLERGIC YO BUT THE MAN WOULD NOT TAKE IT BACK AND I DONT EVEN THINK HE SPOKE ENGLISH THE HE THREW IT ON THE TABLE AND LEFT DISGRACED I WAS
Felt compelled to leave a review Uppn eating my meal in Supermacs Salthill Galway , the food was superb they have come along way the burger was perfect lovely crunchy lettuce tomatoes not too much sauce just perfect and the chicken breast was delightful , not dripping in grease in fact very little grease in the chicken the batter was done to perfection I am very happy on this Friday evening after my feed . So today I went to Supermac’s and it was a horrible experience. I wanted 25 minutes in the Supermac’s drive thru and the girl who gave us our food was running and was out of breath. Ridiculous it was, how can someone’s boss do that to a girl who looks 17. Also said that they aren’t serving milkshakes at the moment because the machine is broken but they’re serving ice cream???
Went to Supermacs on N4 during the week, the young female behind the counter was unhelpful when I asked about the watery milkshake. She took the drink from me and walked away, never said where she was going or what she was doing…., Manager came out to say that the way the milkshakes are now, change of recipe!! I have found the takeaway service to be very poor, missing items, burned garlic bread etc.Supermacs need to focus on their customers or they will end up with less and less customers.
Second time today to visit. First time food was very bad quality for supermacs good name. Because my visit was 3pm ish. I gave them the benefits of end of day food prices were high quality very low. Today I revisited supermacs and spent 24 e at midday expected fresh food quality really disappointed again. Drumsticks burnt and totally unbeatable.
The food was disgusting nothing was good the chips were dark brown covered in grease the lettuce on the chicken burger looked like was a few days old and my hamburger came whit half a tone of onion and nothing else just perfect when u get home and open the bag up never step foot in this place didn’t eat a thing 🤮
