Just in Supermac’s in Mallow and had the worst grilled chicken meal of my life. It’s the only meal I ever get from them and I seriously doubt I will ever get one again. The chicken was the size of a turkey and compressed to the very last. It was like eating leather. We also got a snack box and the colour of the chicken left a lot to be desired. I have just lost my faith. If I’m to revisit will stick to Supermac’s in Tivoli.
Sent my daughter who was visiting from Cork with her 3 children to Supermac's Claremorris as a treat for my grandchildren. Ordered for for 3 adults and 3 children. The adult food was okay though not as nice as previous visits but the kiddies meals were absolutely dreadfully. Chicken thighs were completely overcooked and a dreadful black colour. Must have been reheated in the deep fat oil several times. An absolute insult to serve up such rubbish and the cost of it. Someone needs to be held accountable for this or Supermacs will go downhill fast. There is an excellent takeaway in Claremorris across the street from them Blue Thunder and thats where we will be spending our money in the future. Hope Pat Mc Donagh reads these reviews.
I used to love Supermacs food but now days it has gone drastically down hill in quality and drastically up hill in price. Chips are generally stale & the chicken so dry & tasteless. (Across multiple locations)Such a shame for a home grown Irish business that had such high standards only a couple of years ago but I certainly wont be spending anymore hard earned with Supermacs.
Absolute lover of supermacs but it has definitely gone down hill, food comes out cold not nice, small portions and never give extra sauce when asked. The customer is paying good money (even more lately) for bad quality and not been given what’s asked for. If the price is going to go up the quality also does and you need to provide what Is asked, please get it right.
Very poor service at Salthill outlet on 28/06.23. Rude nasty staff. Treated other customers badly as well.No obvious management training from young lady who claimed to be a manager. Outlet was busy but with this treatment of customers might not last too long. Head office needs to be informed. Poor service
I went into Supermac on the Athenry Road, went to the counter and no one served me. One girl was on the phone taking an order so she was busy. Another lady was standing over to the left and another lady came our from the back, neither of them asked if needed anything, so I walked out. Absolutely appaling customer service.
I think your greed has got the better of ye the price is crazy to feed 5 people with suppermacs all having meals and two extra sides €76 absolutely crazy i wounld mind if the food was nice its dryed out muck. ill never eat in suppermacs again.
