We ordered Tipperary Town Supermacs tonight and we're very dissapointed. One burger was plane after we asked everything on it and their chiken wraps wouldn't fill a 1 year old, one strip of lettuse, one chiken goujon and barely any sauce. For money payed it was dissapointing. Also they take ages to answer their phone or we just give up and order online for another 50c.
Staff are the saddest people I’ve ever met horrible attitude in the Kilkenny location at least big black woman wouldn’t give the code to my friends to come upstairs when me and my other friends were up there along with their bags this same woman gave me a horrible attitude at the till and while u was waiting for her to get ready to take my order all she was doing was tutting at her screen some guy then wouldn’t let me back upstairs because he cut me off YES he wouldn’t even let me speak I couldn’t Finish my sentence saying my friends were up there horrible staff food is mid
My teenage daughter and her friends go into Supermacs in Kilkenny on a regular basis. Always spending €60 or more in their group. They went in on Friday the 20th of October and got the group a table. Before they could go to order, a cleaner came over to their table and asked them to leave.Not a good way to run your store if you want to keep customers. As a local in Kilkenny I have been going there since it first opened. But won't be inclined to go here again.
I ordered a regular burger meal, burger with no onion. I said this about no onion about 5 times cos I knew he wasn't listening Padraig in Merlin park galway Sure enough when the rude driver who wouldn't come to the gate to meet me and made me go out on the street in thr rain, delivered a burger with onion. And the chips were cold. Not impressed.
I absolutely love supermacs i would always go there for there chicken nuggets but since they have changed the pastry on them I have stopped going pls bring the old chicken nuggets back because all my friends and family are feeling the same but overall amazing BEST PLACE EVER
