I would rate it zero if possible. There is no consideration for individuals with diabetes. When I inquired about artificial sweetener, the staff looked confused. It took multiple attempts to explain, and even then, only one staff member seemed to know anything about it. They mentioned that it’s too expensive to offer, which is disappointing. Additionally, there were no options for diet drinks. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience.
Ordered 3 cookies and ice creams - one of ours fell on the floor so we tried to ask for a new one but we’re denied. I Let it go although we don’t agree. However we the brought up the fact that our cookies were burnt & cause we realised at this point that we weren’t getting a refund, at the barest of minimums we could get ours remade - but no we were met with mere “sorry no :)” - for the dropping of the cookies & icecream we were told it was “our choice”? I’m assuming she meant it was our fault which we can’t disprove but for burnt cookies that were made very poorly by staff, I was appalled that there was no hesitation let alone attempt to rectify the situation. As someone that has worked in food & beverage in a mid senior level I was genuinely shocked to be honest that this is the supermacs policy. On top of that, burnt food is a health hazard for most human beings on earth so the fact that that was seen as normal and ok is strange.Disappointed to say the least.
Went to supermacs on the tuam road, got a snack box meal, given 2 dried out drumsticks, paid €11.35 for this, I will never go back to supermacs, overpriced and no value for money at all, only good thing is the drive through, but lesson definitely learned, genuinely felt robbed when I tipped it on to my plate.
Because the wait time was so long 25mins I thought the food would be super fresh but it was greasy and rock hard like it was reheated such a lovely piece of fish if it was cooked properly don't think I will get it again
The customer service in supermacs waterford barronstrand street is horrendous worker (female, brown hair, Blue shirt) decided to throw me and my friends out for no reason jsut because we didn’t ALL order food apparently now everyone in the place has to have ordered something for a “seperate transaction” which is apparently “company policy” not the first time i’ve had an issue w her please get rid of her sick to the back teeth of her
