Review Time
Having previously been gifted a sweatshirt which I love, I was keen to order a t-shirt too. My wife bought me one for my brirthday at my request and am very pleased with it. As I now know the size and fit are great for me I'll be getting another couple for my upcoming summer holiday.Also, as I work for a B-Corp registered business who are also signed up to Ecologi, buying from a like-minded ethical company was a no brainer.
What a lovely company and what lovely products. A jumper I ordered was too small and they exchanged for a larger as soon as I provided proof of postage back to them. Such a refreshing and great idea, and the new size fits me perfectly. Have already had a number of comments wearing it. Just a pleasure ordering from them from start to finish, love the company's ethos and mission about the quality of their products and the tree planting is a nice bonus. Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you Sutsu!
Can't recommend highly enough! Before the order was sent they noticed that one or two of the items I ordered didn't match with the sizes on the rest of my order. This was an error on my part when placing the order that I hadn't noticed. The customer service is like nothing I have experienced before and has made this such a positive process! The clothes themselves fit brilliantly and were exactly as I expected
Sutsu tricked me into buying a sweatshirt by advertising a picture of a sweatshirt I liked - and then sending me a sweatshirt with a completely different fit. They admit that the picture on the website doesn't depict the sweatshirt I received - it's just not good enough! Now they keep spamming me with e-mail ads even though I asked to unsubscribe. Bad experience.
