A Ruby anniversary gift 3 years ago & discovered strap severed , contacted Swann & Edgar & despite straps not being covered under warranty they had no hesitation in providing a free replacement strap without hesitation & promptly . Great customer service .
I ordered a watch for my husband and inadvertently ordered the wrong one. I contacted the customer service team, explained what I'd done and less than a week of placing my original order they had organised return of the incorrect one and delivered the correct one.Their customer service is exceptional, the quality of their product is excellent.I would recommend this company to everyone.
I purchased a brand new unwanted Rose Gold Complexity automatic Swan & Edgar watch at a reduced price. However on receipt it was gaining 17 minutes in 14 days. The good people at Field Luxury Limited (Customer Support) provided me with a new replacement. Unfortunately this too gained significantly and again customer support provided a new replacement. I am glad to report that this watch works fantastic and together with the outstanding visual display I am over the moon with the product.
