Review Time
First of all I was delighted that it wasn't a scam, the watch itself is fabulous and totally value for money. It's a fantastic looking piece and the total package is amazing. The only gripe I have is that I bought the blue faced watch with blue strap but when I opened it I read a bit let down as it's closer to purple than it is to blue. Nevertheless I purchased a blue leather strap and replaced the purple strap and now it looks stunning.I used the companies chat but so far I still haven't had any reply from them so this is the reason for my review. The plus is you get a fantastic watch in amazing packaging (just expect purple instead of blue). The negative is ZERO correspondence from the company.Still well worth the money.
I recently needed to contact the company when my watch gave problems right at the end of the generous 5 year warranty period.With very little fuss i was offered a free replacement and a choice from their range.I have been so impressed by this company that i have immediately brought a second timepiece to add to my collection.What a brilliant company to deal with.If only all businesses offered the same level of service and friendliness. Their ethos seems to be all about offering the highest level of customer satisfaction.This is a small family run business which in my opinion is worthy of support and deserves to do well.If you haven't yet seen the promotional videos for the World Timer and Complexity ( at the end of the watch detail ) check them out. Purchased two watches last week, the complexity and the world timer. Delivery was quick but I needed it for a wedding so I called customer service just to make sure it would arrive on time and they were easy to get hold of and really friendly and helpful, delivery arrived when expected. The build quality is nice and they feel premium in the weight and button presses. The functions of the watch also are very smooth. The case is also a nice addition but most importantly they look stunning both on display and on my wrist and a great addition to my collection. Received a few compliments when I wore it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Bought a watch for my boyfriend and he loves it. Beautiful watch with beautiful packaging to match. Arrived quickly and efficiently. Will definitely buy from here again. Update: my boyfriend is now getting one for his dad’s birthday next month to match!
It seems to be a scam. It was supposed to be an overseas delivery. They sent the order to the courier without proper documentation. Courier sent the package back to S&E. They don´t answer to emails, once they answered one of my messages and said they were going to send the watch again.. and nothing happened. Still waiting, weeks later.. UPDATE: It wasn´t a scam; the company failed to deliver the watch twice due to problems with the courier (they sent the watch and documents, but for some reason, the courier returned the order). However, they did refund me.
