Review Time
I ordered my timepiece online, and it came in good time (excuse the pun) and once received and I saw the watch I changed my mind and decided to return it along with the free gift (Credit Card holder). I emailed the customer services team on 01/01/2026 and received and email back from Joni, the Operations Manager on 05/01/2026 explaining that I could return the watch and free gift using the pre-paid return label. And that I would receive my refund within 10 working days. I re-packaged the watch unused in the original packaging and posted it back. Since then I have had no further communications, despite emailing again asking for an update and confirmation that the parcel had been received, but no reply.I have tried a calling twice and left messages both times explaining my issues, and leaving my details and order number, but again no reply.I hope to get a reply and my money back! Please help!Since writing the initial report, contact was finally made, strangely after I left this review 🤔Refund has now been received, this could have been so much easier if they had just replied, frustrating.Leaving on a positive note, the quality of the watch was very good, just didn’t suit me.
Just received the complexity automatic.The box it comes in is very nice, of good quality and shows the brand has put some effort into quality and attention to detail. The same goes for the watch. It’s comfortable to wear and appears to be well made.It’s holding at +12 seconds a day when set to the atomic clock time. This is more than acceptable no matter where the movement is made. For the money paid I’m very happy with the watch and the overall experience.
