I hired a car online from Thrifty in Taunton, Somerset for 8 days, at a very reasonable price, while my car was being repaired.The staff, Hannah and Harry, were very friendly and efficient.The car was a Peugeot 3008, which did exactly what I needed it to do.I actually returned it 3 days early, because my car was fixed, and have received a partial refund, which is more than I hoped for.I would be happy to recommend Thrifty, Taunton to any of my friends and family.
Very disappointing that you cant RENT a vehicle. they have set minimum standards of who they accept. In the industry they charge the highest prices and deposits yet they still decline new customers. Hopefully the director of the company reads this and thinks this negative review could have been avoided!

Had a bit of a nightmare where a competing company cancelled my car hire the morning I was supposed to collect it to get it leaving me without transport to get to work for the week. Popped into my local Bristol city branch in the hope they could help and switch got me a in a car within half an hour. Really friendly helpful service from Logan. Thank you!
I had to hire an automatic car for a 2 week period. I was pleased at how helpful Hannah was throughout the process particularly as I only booked the night before! I got a free upgrade and a lovely new car to drive! The whole process was straightforward and professional and would not hesitate to use them again.The only thing that would have helped would be if they were able to deliver/collect the car from my home to avoid taxis.
I had a van from Stirchley - Birmingham, it was great, on time & a lovely vehicle to use for the 10 days I had it. A massive shout out to the manager MOHAMMED ADNAN who got back my work keys which I left in there by accident. Absolutely class from him, would highly recommend using switch. Will be back again!
