Every staff member that we came into contact with were kind, helpful and knowledgeable, in fact they all went out of their way to be helpful. The collection and drop off were easy, no nasty scams or trying to squeeze money out of you. I would 100 per cent recommend.
I am absolutely appalled and disgusted at receiving an email billing us for damage for a car. We left the car at a dealership as agreed and it took them 13 days to pick it up from there. It advises if there is a dispute to send in writing. Why can we not spk to someone? This seems like a money racket to me. I have heard of several similar stories.
These guys go out of their way to help. Repeat customer here at the Bristol North branch and standout employee for me is Noel, superb customer service and can’t do enough to help. Always professional, cars and vans are superb and new. Would not hesitate to recommend highly!!
NEVER WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE! The staff were rude and disrespectful. They told us that if the rental car is hit by another car, we lose our deposit and up to £1000 from me. They aggressively told us that if we were late even a bit, the car would be reported stolen.
Noel and his team have been super helpful in any queries and the process was very smooth. I returned the vehicle with some damage but everything was explained to me and very clear which made me feel better. I will use Switch with no hesitation again.

Avoid this company like the plague. Rented a van as part of an insurance claim and it went back in exactly the same condition it arrived in, but they have claimed it was damaged by me. Despite video evidence they are insisting. Insurance company have told me they do this all the time. Scammers.
