I have been using Switch in Shrewsbury to hire cars for 5yrs for work. I can not fault anyone who works there. Vicki has been amazing, very helpful and provided me with the most suitable car for my job, there is nothing she couldn't help with. Vicki will always be my first call for when I need a car again. A big thank you to Hannah at the Taunton branch for turning a disaster of a booking (that had been cancelled) into a great result. She arranged to rent a van to me as soon as one was returned and also made a special trip to allow me to return this on a Sunday. FANTASTIC!! Claire and Sophie at Switch Hereford as so helpful. I use them for my company car which I have to change every 4 months or so. Claire always goes out of her way to make sure that I get a suitable vehicle to fulfil my needs. The couldn’t be more helpful and supportive. Highly recommend this branch for all car rentals. 🤩👍
Bristol north- I can’t thank Noel enough today for all his help. Having major issues as my car blew up wife had hospital appointments and he has been a legend and made this process so easy from start to finish and price was amazing too. Highly recommend.
