I bought a King Arthur Excalibur Sword in the Stone Antique Edition from the site and it's perfect. Way cheaper than anyone else.It's from India, but it arrived in a few days and is excellent quality. I would definitely recommend this company.Thank you guys. You are superstars.
Not a very good service, and abit deceiving tbh, Sword Kingdom UK but this sword actually comes from Pakistan and the poor quality reflects that, Had i known this wasnt a UK made item i would never have ordered it,The plaque has a gold print that way off center, and one of the holes are drilled across the face of the plaque, the sword has a chrome coating that has chipped off in places, and a few dents towards the tip, the gold painting on the handle is all over the place, It just generally looks very tacky, almost like a plastic toy you would buy from the local toy shop,Yes i did contact you, and you clearly wasnt interested in helping me as you said the plaque was free, and for me to drill more hole in it to line them up, meaning id have holes in my plaque, and the print is lob sided, and on your facebook page you say your UK based, so dont lie!
I purchased a Boromir sword for £86.00 on 7th June. I emailed on 10th June letting them know that the sword had been purchased in error because my mum had bought a similar sword for my son and asking to cancel the order. I received no reply to this email. I emailed on the 26th of June to let them know that I had returned the sword on 15th June, following the returns policy to the letter and asking for a refund. The sword was unopened in its original packaging and was sent using tracked delivery. I received no reply to this email. I then emailed again on 5th July with a proof that the sword had been delivered to the address given on your website and again requesting a refund. Again, I received no reply to this email. I emailed for a fourth time on 7th July getting you know that if I did not get a reply to my email this time, I would contact Trustpilot and make a complaint there. This time I got a reply in a few hours. They then let me know that the address on their website is incomplete and that I should contact the deliverer and ask them to redeliver. They say that I should have confirmed the address with them first, but they didn’t reply to any of the emails that I sent to them previously so how could I have done that? There is no phone number on their website.They then retrieved the sword on 12th July and let me know they would make a refund the same day. I emailed on 27th July to let them know I still haven't received a refund and I've had no reply to this email either.Extra info: They then refunded me the day after I posted this comment and they asked me to remove my review from Trustpilot, but I'm not going to do that because this is an honest account of my experience.
ordered the ranger sword on friday and recieved it on the tuesday its an amazing piece and sits proudly on my wall the only thing stopping this from being a 5 star review was i didnt recive a tracking number and hat to email them on the monday asking about it but that very day they sent it out to me and when i checked turnes out it wasd sent out saturday morning guess someone just forgot to senfd it to me but overall very happy with product and the customer service
I was looking for a Buster Sword from Final Fantasy for an up coming event.I Found a Buster sword in black edition on this site. But i was hesitant about the quality and the service by reading mixed reviews as their prices are also very low.Honestly i didn't want to drain my money.I contacted the live chat. Ami was there to assist me. I asked a few questions about the product and Ami gave me every answer. The Buster was a little expensive for me so they gave me a 10% discount coupon.They informed me about the VAT and that was not a problem for me.After 3 days my order was dispatched in 3 days my Buster arrived in UK and took two days for the clearance process but swordskingdom kept me updated every time i contacted them through live chat about my order.The Product is amazing. I am very happy to have it. Value of money 10/10.In short i am a happy customer with their quality and service.A few customers might have some issues as this happens but i am happy with the service.Will buy again!
I ordered a sword that arrived with a broken handle. Was able to contact the site--was advised to reach out myself to the carrier, but after doing this all was resolved and I received a replacement, which was in great condition, quickly afterward. And in time for the holiday!
Arrived in less then a week so very happy about that. I did have to paid a customs charge before DHL would deliver it, it would of been nice to know it was coming from another country but I’m definitely happy with the quality of the swords and shield. A packing mistake was made and the scabbards weren’t put in but I’m still happy as my refund was given back within the week. I would happily use swords kingdom uk again.
