Review Time
Initially didn't receive an order confirmation and the communication was poor... but in fairness to them I did eventually receive communication and was assured my order had been sent and provided an image of the item being packed and sent. Communication from then onwards was good as I received emails back within a couple of hours. The item has now arrived and can honestly say the product is top quality and a great piece of work. So this is not a scam website I just think maybe a few people have had a lack of communication which has caused them to be a little upset. If you do by from here you will not be disappointed with the product for the price you pay
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!Do not buy from this company, they took £72 of my money & never sent the product! They don’t reply to emails & have no phone number! Tried the live chat but told item on way then it’s delivered- never received it! Terrible, scammers, fraud!
Do not buy from Sword Kingdom!They do not send out items, they won't reply to your emails and ignore your requests for a refund.I am currently claiming a charge back via my credit card company.In response to the reply below;The explanation given to me was that they forgot to ship and they promised to ship the following Monday.... they did not ship the following Monday.They did not provide any further explanation for the delay.I was also told I would receive a email confirming a refund, I did not receive this.They're now trying to get my review removed. If they spent that much effort replying to my emails and providing me with customer service I wouldn't have felt the need to write a bad review in the first place!
I received my item at the end of last month, however it arrived broken, I emailed Sword Kingdom, and sent them a picture as per their policy on the day of delivery. I again had to send another email before they replied, asking me to contact the delivery company and get a reference number which I did and they would send a replacement. This I sent to Sword Kingdom, but at this point they have stopped answering my emails, have sent 3. They answer on the chat and promise to help and get in contact, but no email arrives. Therefore I am now left with a broken product 😡 They have very poor customer services and don’t seem to follow their guidelines on refunds and damaged items.
Such a wonderful experience once again with Swords Kingdom. It is my third purchase from this website and the whole process went peacefully 100%. I would say they are currently the best when it comes to quality, packaging, and dispatch time. Ami, the chat guy, is so responsive in guiding and answering my queries. Thanks Again for such a masterpiece Zelda Sword.
UPDATE (1/10/2022): Item was delivered, that’s a surprise... Over 2 weeks late. Like others on trustpilot I was convinced this was a scam, because of all the lies over live chat. And to clarify, once again they are lying, I asked for a refund because I was convinced my order wasn’t coming, funny how they say I’m black mailing them, they offered me a £15 refund to remove my review despite still not having my order... Wow. If they just told the truth from the very beginning and said there would be a delay on your order we wouldn’t be in this position. Despite receiving the item I ordered I’d never buy from this company again. Awful experience. I still haven’t been compensated.UPDATE (30/09/22): AVOID AT ALL COST. Still a scam. More promises over live chat and still no resolution on my order, will have to claim a charge back off the credit card. I can only say this is my genuine experience and all other recent positive reviews must be fake. 100% a scam. After reading a few positive reviews, I placed an order on the 7th for a con event I'm attending. I still haven't received the item. They still haven't provided me with a tracking number, they are full of excuses on live chat 'item was out of stock when I ordered', 'item was faulty so they didn't ship', 'item was shipped on Monday', 'you'll get this by Friday'. I even had a time the live chat agent turned off live chat while we were mid discussion.Its all rubbish, still no item, appalling customer service. I'll be claiming a refund on this or will process a chargeback claim through my credit card.
Terrible company and terrible customer services that don't answer your emails and fob you of with excuse after excuse.I placed an order on the 11th of July and made an account at the same time. Order was taken and the order number came up on the screen. (Which I took a screenshot of, I always do). Got the notification from my bank that the money had been taken, (it came up as being taken by costume collectibles) so I closed the page and waited for my order confirmation email. Hours later it still hadn't arrived so I messaged them on the online chat window they have, or should I say HAD, I'll get to that later.The replies I got were basically that no-one was in the department to send the confirmation email because it was Eid and was advised to wait 3 days when they would be back on there and would send the email then.I waited, no confirmation. I messaged again on the online chat, only this time I was told 'sorry for delay, there's been construction in dispatch department. Emails were sent to you' ...I had also requested a password reset email as I had been locked out of my account. I discovered this when I hadn't recieved my confirmation email so went to log into my account, only to recieve an on screen message telling me that my username or password was invalid...neither of which were.Anyway, I explained that I had recieved no emails from them. I had checked my inbox and spam folder, nothing at all had came through from them.I was told that an email would be sent about dispatch and password reset that I should get it the next day (Friday 15th July) and that my order would be sent Friday or Saturday.Again, no email. I waited until teatime, still no email so I went on the website and messaged them via the chat box again. I waited and waited...10 minutes and no reply. I turned away for a minute and when I looked back, the messaged had disappeared and there was just the page that says Message us...the online chat bubble was gone, no reply, no message, just gone.I then emailed both email addresses on the website and didn't hear a thing from them.Basically, they took my money for a sword, didn't send a confirmation, fobbed me off with excuses and didn't even reply to me.Reported the transaction to my bank and opened a dispute, as there was no way for me to request a refund from this company...there was no point in trying seeing as they wouldn't respond to the emails.I got a refund of my £90, probably forced by the bank (it says 3rd party payment, so assuming its the company). Regarding payment. It showed on the payment it was taken by Costume Collectibles, which I googled. It is, or was a site called costumecollectibles.co.ukIts was exactly the same as swords kingdom, except for the address and email addresses at the bottom of the page.Since I raised a dispute with the bank I can no longer find costume collectibles when I google it, yet the first time I did it came up in the first couple of results.Be wary of this company people. Will never order from them again!!!!!
