Review Time
Having read the other reviews I was a bit sceptical about using Swords Kingdom. However, I took a chance and on 15th January I ordered the Boromir/Aragorn LOTR combo pack which was advertised at a great price. When the order confirmation email arrived, I admit, I panicked that I'd ordered from a scam site, as there was a spelling mistake in the title of the email....sword had been spelt sowrd....and it was just a forwarded Google email.5 days later I feared the worst and contacted Swords Kingdom via the web chat, and was informed by Ami that my item had been posted on 19th, and I would receive tracking number once they had one. I thought this was odd, as I believed tracking was provided at the time of postage, so yet again I was doubting I'd get any swords, and my autistic son's birthday would be ruined. However I received a text from DPD on the 25th, and tuh dah...the swords arrived!They were well packaged, and the swords are beautifully crafted. My son is absolutely thrilled, and he's a really difficult person to please!I wouldn't hesitate to recommend buying from Swords Kingdom UK, just be patient, and don't expect any tracking info. If it was down to me, I would probably have rated 4 stars, due to the lack of tracking and the anxiety this caused. But...my son is adamant I give 5 stars, as both swords are great, they also come with leather sheaths and wooden wall mounting plaques and fixings. Also, they did arrive within the 7-10 days stated on the website
I have ordered a Long Claw Sword from Swordskingdom.The sword arrived in 8 days after I placed the order.There were some over length charges for the shipping to pay which I came to know on live chat that the sword was huge so there were some extra charges.I am very happy with the quality and it is same as shown in the series.
After placing my order I realized that there was a mistake with my delivery address so I rushed to their live chat support and requested them to change my delivery address.They told me that they will change the delivery address but cannot change on the order page.I was just worried if the address has been changed or not.After 7 days i received a parcel from the DPD and I was happy to see that it was my sword from Swordskingdom.I am really happy with my purchase.
ORDER 100002435I ordered a sword as a gift for my girlfriend, for last Christmas. After weeks of waiting for a delivery they say takes 3-5 days. a sword with a broken pommel arrived. The m0rons didn't answer to ANY of my emails or messages for over a month, until I left a review here, on trustpilot, when they immediately replied with some bs lies and fake apology offering to help immediately. They sent an email too with a return label and I immediately shipped it back. After this they BLOCKED my facebook account on their page, and ignored all my emails for several months, and DID NOT return my money nor sent a replacement sword. Upon contacting them on facebook from a different account, They confirmed receiving the sword, but said I have to delete the trustpilot review if I want to receive the refund or get the replacement sword. Are you foken kidding me? You should get sued for this. I said I might modify it if the replacement sword / refund arrives, and they've since been ignoring me. It's been ONE YEAR already. I have screenshots proving everything I say. Too bad I can't attach them to this review so you can all see what a filthy "business" this scammer is running. I ordered three swords which were to be delivered before christmas 2021.Due to production issues they were delayed, not a huge problem for me, but when they finally arrived months later one was very unbalanced.When contacting Swordskingdom asking for a replacement they seemed helpful. I provided photos, and they asked for video which I also provided. They apologised and promised a replacement. After waiting several months, and reaching out numerous times I was finally promised a refund. At this point I have waited over 9 months since placing my order.They have promised a refund to my card twice now, but I have still not received it. I have reached out again without a reply.Maybe you will finally refund me Swords Kingdom?I am terribly disappointed as i thought I had found a good shop to recommend to other dancers..
Ordered an item over a month ago there has been delay after delay and they won’t respond to my enquires, the first delay was that I live in what is considered a “rural area” so then I had to send 30GBP via PayPal to an email so the they can then send it to DPD to ship but they didn’t tell me via email or any other way of communication there was a delay whatsoever so I was waiting s week for an item to show up that was never going to come to me, however for whatever reason after I sent the money to the email DPD then decided that it would be a good idea to send the item back the it’s original sender, this caused more delay as they said they were going to send it out again 2 weeks ago on that Friday for last Monday or Tuesday, but again after it didn’t arrive that week they said they it would be sent out last Friday for this Monday or Tuesday, it is now Wednesday and the package still hasn’t arrived and I doubt it will arrive at all but if it does and only if it does will I change my review.EDIT: sword came today and it came in great condition customer service and delivery can be vastly improved as well as communication from the company but you cant go wrong with how high quality the product is, especially for such a price.
I was going to give a 4 star but decided to give 5 star on the grounds that the quality and the price was spot on .. I purchased the Robin Hood sword from the film with rustle crow .. the quote Rise and Rise again until lambs become LIONS is tattooed on my arm great sword was so impressed there communication could be better by email and it was a few days late however ami spoke to me on chat 😀 so I was then happy as I was convinced this was a scam then to my surprise found out it wasn't.. it arrived today Sunday 9th October 2022 .. over all I'm very happy didn't expect leather scabbard and plaque..
